3.Selecteithertheprimaryorsecondaryemailaddressfor thenotificationtype(addressesareconfiguredunderthe User Settingstab).

4.SelectApplytosavechanges.

Toeditaschedule,selecttheStart Day/Timetextlinkinthedetailtable.Todeleteanexistingschedule,selectDeletenexttothescheduleinthedetailscheduletable.

SelectingAdvanced Setupallowsyoutospecifypreciseschedulesforvoicemailnotification.Schedulesappearinboththegraphicscheduledisplayandthescheduledetailtable.Tocreateaschedule,completethefollowingsteps:

1.SelecttheAdd Rangebuttonbelowthegraphic scheduledisplay.

2.Enterthestartandendtimesfortherange.(A“range”isa rangeoftimeduringtheweekthatwillhavethesame notificationtype.)

Enabling Do Not Disturb (DND)TheDNDfeaturepreventsthephonefromringingorpagingoverthespeakerwhenincomingcallsarereceived.Toenable:

1. PressMenu.

2. Press3forFeatures.

3. Press2forDND Off.

4. Selectthe DND Onsoftkey.

5. PresstheExitsoftkeyuntiltheidlescreenappears,orpressCANCELonthenavigationbartoreturndirectlytotheidlescreen.

Conferencing a CallToconferenceathirdpartyintotheactivecall:

1. PresstheConferencefunctionkeyduringanactivecall.Theactivecallwillbeplacedonhold,andtheexclusiveholdiconappears.

2. Thenextavailablelinedisplaystheringbackicon.

3. Attheprompt,enterthephonenumberofthethirdpartytoadd.

4. Whenthesecondcallisconnected,presstheConferencekeyagaintoaddthecalltotheconference.Theconferenceiconwilldisplay.

Only three parties can be conferenced at a time. If one party disconnects, another party can be added.

1. Pickupthehandset,orpresstheheadsetkey,orpresstheSpeakerkey.

2. Ifyouhavemultipleincomingphonelines,pressthekeynexttotheextensionreceivingthecall.

Ending a CallTodisconnectfromacall,useoneofthefollowing:n PresstheGoodbyefunctionkey.n Returnthehandsettothecradle.n Presstheheadsetkey(ifusingtheheadset).n Pressthespeakerkey(ifusingspeaker).

Transferring a CallTouseunattendedtransfer:

1. Duringanactivecall,selecttheTransferfunctionkey.

2. Dialtheextensiontowhichtotransferthecall.

3. PresstheTransferkeyagainwhenyouheartheextensionring.Thiswilldisconnectyoufromthecall.

Touseattendedtransfer:

1. Duringanactivecall,selecttheTransferfunctionkey.

2. Dialtheextensiontowhichtotransferthecall.

3. Listenforthesecondcalltoconnect.

4. PresstheTransferkeytotransferthecall.

5. Ifthepartydoesnotanswer,presstheCancelsoftkeytodisconnectthenewcallandreturntotheoriginalcall.
