Inbetriebnahme
Tenovis Integral T3-Telefone knnen mit dem
CTI/Audio-Link erweitert werden.Der CTI/Audio-Link besitzt zwei
Anwendungsschnittstellen:
-- Schnittstelle 1 (AEI-XY-Schnittstelle; AEI-Buchse, S. 8)Fr
den Anschluss folgender Zusatzeinrichtungen:
-- T3 DSS-Modul-- Schaltkontakt-Modul(Trtableau oder
Zweitwecker; nur I33/55)-- Headset-- externe
Freisprecheinrichtung-- Zweithrer-- Mitschneidegert
-- An die Schnittstelle 2 (Buchse V.24/RS232, siehe Seite 7)kann
ein PC angeschlossen werden, um
CTI-Anwendungen nutzen zu knnen:-- Tenovis Com4Tel--
Gebhrendrucker (nur I5)-- andere CTI-Anwendungen
Wichtige Hinweise
Der CTI-/Audio-Link darf nur in den T3-Apparat einge-
steckt werden, wenn der Apparat spannungslos ist.Die
ISDN-Anschlussschnur darf nicht gesteckt sein
und auch keine externen Netzgerte. Erst nachdemder Link gesteckt
ist, darf er mit den Zusatzgertenverbunden werden.Mchten Sie
zustzlich zum CTI-/Audio-Link einen
anderen Link anschlieen, wenden Sie sich bitte anden Tenovis
Service.

Inbetriebnahme
Einbau des CTI-/Audio-Links
-- Beim T3 Comfort die Displayklappe schlieen.-- T3-Apparat
umdrehen. Auf der Unterseite finden Sie ein
oder zwei Steckpltze zur Aufnahme von Tenovis Links.Wenn beide
Steckpltze frei sind, stets den innerenSteckplatz 1 fr den
CTI-/Audio-Link verwenden.
-- ISDN-Anschlussschnur und alle externen Netzgerteziehen
(Apparat spannungslos).-- Nasen des Links (an der Spitze der
Keilform) in die
vorgesehenen ffnungen am Apparateboden einhaken(a).
-- Link vorsichtig nach unten in den Steckplatz drcken (b).--
Apparat wieder mit der ISDN-Anschlussschnur verbinden
und in Betrieb nehmen.-- Nach automatisch ablaufender
Testroutine ist der Apparat
wieder betriebsbereit und erkennt den gesteckten Link.An der
I33/I55 erhalten Sie beim Comfort und Classiczustzlich die Meldung,
welcher Link-Typ auf welchemSteckplatz in Betrieb genommen
wurde.

Hinweis
Je nachdem, ob Ihr Telefon an der Tenovis-Telefonanlage I5oder
an der Tenovis-Telefonanlage I33/I55 angeschlossenist, ergeben sich
unterschiedliche Bedienablufe zurParametrierung der Links. Deshalb
finden Sie nachfolgendein Kapitel Parametrierung I33/I55 und ein
Kapitel
Parametrierung I5.An welcher Tenovis-Telefonanlage Ihr

Parametrierung I5
Der CTI-/Audio-Link bietet die Mglichkeit, mehrere
Anwendungenparallelzu betreiben:
CTI-Anwendung
Defaultmig ist der CTI-Link schon auf
TAPI-Anwendungvoreingestellt. Fr z. B. Com4Tel mssen Sie also
keineweiteren bertragungsparameter mehr einstellen.
Wenn Sie eine andere Standard TAPI-Anwendung nutzenwollen, mssen
Sie den SPI-Treiber der beiliegendenMini-CD SPI-T3 installieren.
Auf der Mini-CD finden Siezustzliche Informationen zu allen
untersttztenAEI-Y-Meldungen, sowie die untersttzten
AT-Kommandos.
Statt einer TAPI Anwendung knnen Sie auch andere
Anwendungen anschlieen (z. B. Drucker, Blindenmodul,VIP-Call
Zentrale, GDV, etc.).
Wenn Sie diese Anwendungen an Ihr Telefon anschlieenwollen,

Startup
Tenovis Integral T3-telephones can be expanded with the
CTI/audio-link.The CTI/audio-link has two application
interfaces:
-- The following auxiliary equipment can be connected

Important information
The CTI-/audio-link may only be plugged into theT3-telephone,
when the telephone is disconnected
from the power supply. The ISDN-connection leadand other
external network devices should not beplugged in.

CTI-link,

Startup
Installing the CTI-/audio-link
-- On the T3 Comfort, close the display cover.-- Turn the
T3-telephone over. On the underside, there are
one or two slots for inserting Tenovis links. If both slots
arefree, always use the inner slot 1 for the CTI-/audio-link.
-- Disconnect ISDN-connection lead and all external network
devices (telephone disconnected from power supply).-- Insert the
catches on the link (on the tip of the wedgeshape) into the
openings provided on the base of thetelephone (a).
-- Carefully press the link downwards into the slot (b).--
Re-connect the telephone with the ISDN-connection lead
and start it up.-- After an automatic test routine, the
telephone is once
again ready to use and detects the inserted link.On the I33/I55,
the Comfort or Classic will also show amessage confirming which
type of link has been startedup in which slot.

Parameterisation
Note
Depending on whether your telephone is connected to
theTenovis-I5 telephone system of the Tenovis-I33/I55telephone
system, there are different operating proceduresfor parameterising
the link. Therefore, you will find below aChapter Parameterisation
I33/I55 and a Chapter
Parameterisation I5.You can identify which Tenovis-telephone
system yourtelephone is connected to as follows:Press the key:If
your telephone is connected to the Tenovis-I5 telephonesystem,
Contrast appears as the first menu item.
If your telephone is connected to the Tenovis-I33/I55telephone
system, other menu items appear (differentdepending on the
telephone version).

Parameterisation I33/I55
The CTI-/audio-link offers the option of operating several
applicationsin parallel:CTI-application
By default, the CTI-link is preset for TAPI-applications.
ForCom4Tel, for example, you do not have to set any
furthertransmission parameters.
If you want to use another standard TAPI-application, youhave to
install the SPI-driver for the enclosed Mini-CDSPI-T3. On the
Mini-CD you will find additional informationon all of the
AEI-Y-messages supported, as well as theAT-commands supported.
For other CTI-applications, you can set the
transmissionparameters protocol, dialling mode, baud rate and
characterformat in the T3-telephones CTI setting menu.
UnderDialling mode you can set whether the T3-telephoneshould be in

Los telfonos Integral T3 de Tenovis se pueden ampliar me-

Advertencias importantes
La conexin CTI/Audio slo se debe enchufar en elaparato T3 cuando
ste est sin tensin de alimen-
tacin. El cable de conexin RDSI no debe estarenchufado ni
tampoco ninguna fuente de alimentacinexterna.
Si quiere conectar otra conexin aparte de la conexin CTI,rogamos
que se dirija al servicio tcnico de Tenovis.

Puesta en servicio
Montaje de la conexin CTI/Audio
-- Cerrar la tapa del display en caso del T3 Comfort.-- Dar la
vuelta al aparato T3. En el lado inferior se
encuentran una o dos lugares de conexin para alojarconexiones de
Tenovis. Si ambos lugares de conexinestn libres, se debe usar
siempre el lugar de conexin
interior 1 para la conexin CTI/Audio.-- Desenchufar el cable de
conexin RDSI y todas lasfuentes de alimentacin externas (aparato
sin tensin).
-- Engastar el saliente de la conexin (en la punta de laforma de
cua) en las aperturas previstas en la carainferior del aparato
(a).
-- Apretar la conexin cuidadosamente hacia abajo para queencaje
en el lugar de conexin (b).
-- Conectar el aparato de nuevo al cable de conexin RDSIy
ponerlo en servicio.
-- Despus de que haya finalizado la rutina de test que serealiza
automticamente, el aparato est nuevamentelisto para su
funcionamiento y reconoce la conexin
enchufada.En caso de la I33/I55, en los telfonos Comfort y
Classicrecibir adicionalmente un mensaje que dice qu tipo deconexin
se ha puesto en servicio en qu lugar deconexin.

La conexin CTI/Audio ofrece la posibilidad de que varias

TAPI. Es decir, por ejemplo para Com4Tel no hace faltaque se
ajusten otros parmetros de transmisin.
Si Ud. quiere usar otra aplicacin TAPI estndar, tiene
queinstalar el controlador SPI del Mini-CD SPI-T3 suministra-do. En
el Mini-CD se encuentra tambin informacin acercade todos los
mensajes AEI-Y soportados as como loscomandos AT soportados.
Para otras aplicaciones CTI, los parmetros de
transmisinProtocolo, Tipo de marcacin, Velocidad bps y Formato
decarcter se pueden ajustar en el men Ajuste CTI deltelfono T3. En
Tipo de marcacin puede ajustar si eltelfono T3, despus de que se
haya efectuado la marca-cin desde la aplicacin CTI, se debe
encontrar en modo deManos libres (Mlib al marcar).Para los dems
ajustes que hay que realizar, por favor,
atngase a las especificaciones dadas en el manual demanejo de la
aplicacin CTI correspondiente.

Conexin de otros equipos adicionales
Los siguientes equipos son equipos adicionales: Micro-plastn,
microplastn de confort, equipo Manos libres ext.,segundo
microtelfono, equipo de grabacin de voz, mduloDSS, mdulo de

RemarquesLe botier de raccordement CTI/Audio ne peut tre
connect que sur un tlphone T3 hors-tension. Lecordon
dalimentation du tlphone ainsi que tous
les raccordements externes doivent tre dconnects.
Si vous dsirez connecter un autre raccordement en plus du
CTI, veuillez vous adresser votre service aprs-venteTenovis.

Mise en service
Raccordement du CTI/Audio
-- Sur le T3 Comfort, rabattez lafficheur.-- Retournez letlphone
sous lequel vous trouverez un ou
deux emplacements pour des raccordements. Si les
deuxemplacements sont libres, utilisez toujours lemplace-ment (b)
pour le botier de raccordement CTI/Audio.
-- Dconnectez le cordon dalimentation du tlphone ainsi
que tous les raccordements externes (tlphone hors-tension).--
Insrez les languettes du botier de raccordement dans les
encoches prvues cet effet larrire du poste (a).-- Enfichez le
botier de raccordement dans lemplace-
ment (b).-- Reconnectez le cordon dalimentation du tlphone.
-- Aprs un test de routine automatique, le tlphone est enservice
et reconnat la nouvelle configuration du tl-phone.Sur le T3-Comfort
et le T3-Classic raccords un I33/I55,un message lafficheur indique
le type de raccordementinstall et son emplacement.

Paramtrage I33/I55
Le botier de raccordement CTI/Audi offre la possibilit duti-
liser plusieurs applicationsen parallle:Application CTI
Par dfaut, le botier de raccordement CTI est dj pr-programm sur
lapplication TAPI. Pour Com4Tel par exem-ple, vous ne devez
configurer aucun autre paramtre detransmission.
Si vous souhaitez utiliser une autre application StandardTAPI,
vous devez installer le driver SPI du Mini-CD SPI-T3 fourni. Sur ce
Mini-CD, vous trouverez des infor-mations complmentaires sur tous
les messages supportsAEI-Y, ainsi que sur les commandes AT
supportes.
Pour dautres applications CTI, vous pouvez configurer
lesparamtres de transmission Protocole, Type de numrota-tion,
Vitesse de transmission et Format des caractres dansle menu
Paramtrage CTI du tlphone T3. Dans Type de composition , vous
dcidez si le tlphone T3doit tre en mode Mains-libres aprs une
numrotation partir de lapplication CTI (ML aprs numrotation).Pour
les autres paramtrages, veuillez vous reporter aux
instructions du mode demploi de lapplication CTI.etModule

Le botier de raccordement CTI/Audio offre la possibilit
dutiliser plusieurs applicationsen parallle:
Application CTI
Par dfaut, le botier de raccordement CTI est dj pr-pro-gramm sur
lapplication TAPI. Pour Com4Tel par exemplevous ne devez configurer
aucun autre paramtre de trans-
mission.Si vous souhaitez utiliser une autre application
StandardTAPI, vous devez installer le driver SPI du Mini-CD SPI-T3
fourni. Sur ce Mini-CD, vous trouverez des infor-mations
complmentaires sur tous les messages supportsAEI-Y, ainsi que sur
les commandes AT supportes.
Vous pouvez galement raccorder dautres applicationsquune
application TAPI (par exemple imprimante, modulepour non-voyants,
centrale dappels VIP, traitement destaxes, etc.).

Messa in esercizio
Ai telefoni Tenovis Integral T3 possono essere collegati i
CTI/Audio-Link.Il CTI/Audio-Link ha due interfacce di
applicazione:
-- Allinterfaccia 1 (interfaccia AEI-XY; boccola AEI, vedere
ildisegno a pagina 8) possibile collegare i seguenti dispo-sitivi
supplementari:
-- Modulo DSS T3
-- Modulo contatto esterno(pannello porta o suoneria esterna,
solo per I33/55)-- Cuffie e microfono-- Dispositivo di Viva voce
esterno-- Secondo ricevitore-- Registratore
-- Allinterfaccia 2 (boccola V.24/RS232, vedere pagina 7)
possibile collegare un PC, per utilizzare le applicazioni CTI:--
Tenovis Com4Tel-- Stampante per addebiti (solo I5)-- Altre
applicazioni CTI
Note
IlCTI/Audio-Link deve essere connesso soltanto inapparecchi T3
non allacciati alla rete di alimenta-
zione. Il cavo di connessione ISDN non deveessere collegato e
non devono essere collegati dispo-sitivi di rete esterni.

Messa in esercizio
Installazione del CTI-/Audio-Link
-- Nel T3 Comfort chiudere lo sportellino del display.-- Girare
lapparecchio T3. Sul lato inferiore si trovano uno o
due innesti per linserimento dei link Tenovis. Se le dueprese
sono libere, utilizzare sempre la presa interna 1 peril
CTI/Audio-Link.
-- Scollegare il cavo di connessione ISDN ed eventuali
dispositivi di rete esterni (lapparecchio non deve
esserealimentato).
-- Estrarre la protezione dalla boccola del Link tirando
versolalto.
-- Collegare gli spinotti del Link (che si trovano
nellestremitdel dispositivo) nelle relative prese sul fondo
dellapparec-chio (a).
-- Spingere con attenzione il Link verso il basso (b).-- Ora
ricollegare il cavo ISDN e riattivare lapparecchio.-- Dopo un test
automatico lapparecchio nuovamente
pronto alluso e riconosce il Link inserito.Nelle versioni
Comfort e Classic del I33/I55 viene visualiz-zato il messaggio che
indica il tipo di Link collegato.

Parametrizzazione
Nota
Se il telefono collegato allimpianto telefonico Tenovis I5
oTenovis I33/I55, i comandi sono diversi per la parametrizza-zione
del Link. Per questa ragione, le configurazioni ven-gono illustrate
in due capitoli separati: ParametrizzazioneI33/I55 e
Parametrizzazione I5.
Per identificare limpianto telefonico Tenovis a cui colle-gato
il telefono procedere come segue:Premere il tasto :Se il telefono
collegato allimpianto telefonico Tenovis I5,la prima voce del menu
visualizzata Contrasto.Se il telefono collegato allimpianto
telefonico Tenovis
I33/I55, vengono visualizzate altre voci di menu (diversea
seconda della versione dellapparecchio).

Il CTI/Audio-Link offre la possibilit di utilizzare diverse

perlapplicazione TAPI. Per Com4Tel non quindi necessarioimpostare
altri parametri di trasmissione.
Se si desidera utilizzare unaltra applicazione standardTAPI,

Nel mini-CD si trovano informazioni sup-plementari sui messaggi
AEI-Y e sui comandi AT supportati.
Per altre applicazioni CTI possibile impostare i parametridi
trasmissione Protocollo, Tipo di composizione, Baudrate eFormato
caratteri nel menu Impostazioni CTI del T3. InTipo di composizione
possibile stabilire se il T3, dopoaver composto correttamente il
numero dallapplicazioneCTI, deve essere impostato in modalit Viva
Voce (FRE perla selezione).Per le altre impostazioni consultare le
istruzioni per lusodella relativa applicazione CTI.

Collegamento di altri dispositivi supplementari
I dispositivi supplementari disponibili sono i seguenti: cuffiee
microfono, cuffie e microfono Comfort, dispositivo di
ampli-ficazione esterno, secondo ricevitore, registratore,
moduloDSS e di contatto esterno (soltanto per I33/I55;
pannelloporta o suoneria esterna).
Collegare il dispositivo esterno con la boccola AEI sullaparte
inferiore del Link.

Ingebruikneming
Tenovis Integral T3-telefoontoestellen kunnen met de CTI/
audio-link uitgebreid worden.De CTI/audio-link beschikt over
twee toepassingsinterfaces:
-- Op de interface 1 kunnen (AEI-XY-interface; AEI-aanslui-ting,
zie pagina 8) aangesloten worden:
-- T3 DSS-module-- Schakelcontactmodule
(deuropener of tweede bel, enkel I33/55)-- Headset-- Externe
handenvrije inrichting-- Meeluisterschelp-- Opneemapparaat
-- Op de interface 2 (bus V.24/RS232, zie pagina 7) kan een
PC aangesloten worden om CTI-toepassingen te kunnengebruiken:--

gesprekskosten
(enkel I5)-- andere CTI-toepassingen
Belangrijke aanwijzingen
De CTI-link mag enkel op het T3-toestel aangeslotenworden nadat
het toestel losgekoppeld werd en het
niet meer onder spanning staat.
Wilt u naast de CTI-link een andere link aansluiten, neem
dan contact op met de Tenovis-service.

Ingebruikneming
Inbouw van de CTI-/audio-links
-- Bij de T3 Comfort de displayklep sluiten.-- T3-toestel
omdraaien. Aan de onderkant vindt u n of
twee aansluitingen voor Tenovis-links. Als beideaansluitingen
vrij zijn, gebruik dan altijd de binnensteaansluiting voor de
CTI-/audio-link (zie figuur).
-- Toestel loskoppelen (toestel zonder spanning).-- Clipjes van
de link in de daarvoor bestemde openingen inde bodem van het
toestel haken (a).
-- Link voorzichtig naar onderen in de aansluitingdrukken
(b).
-- Daarna het toestel opnieuw met het
ISDN-aansluitsnoerverbinden en in gebruik nemen.
-- Na een automatische testroutine is het apparaat opnieuwklaar
voor gebruik en herkent de aangesloten link.Op de I33/I55 krijgt u
bij de Comfort en de Classic ook demelding welk linktype op welke
aansluiting in gebruikgenomen werd.

Aanwijzing
Naargelang uw telefoon op de Tenovis-telefooninstallatie I5of op
de Tenovis-telefooninstallatie I33/I55 aangesloten is,moeten er
andere bedieningsstappen gevolgd worden voorde parametrering van de
links. Daarom vindt u hierna eenhoofdstuk Parametrering I33/I55 en
een hoofdstuk
Parametrering I5.Op welke Tenovis-telefooninstallatie uw
telefoon aange-sloten is, kunt u als volgt te weten komen:Toets
indrukken:Als uw telefoon op de Tenovis-telefooninstallatie I5
aange-sloten is, dan verschijnt als eerste menurubriek
Contrast.
Verschijnt er een andere menurubriek, dan is uw telefoon opde
Tenovis-telefooninstallatie I33/I55 aangesloten.

De CTI-/audio-link biedt de mogelijkheid om meerdere
toepassingenparallelte gebruiken:CTI-toepassing
Standaard is de CTI-link al op de TAPI-toepassing
gepro-grammeerd. Voor b.v. Com4tel moet u dus geen andereparameters
meer instellen.
Als u een andere standaard TAPI-toepassing wilt gebruiken,moet u
de SPI-driver van de bijgeleverde mini-CD SPI-T3installeren. Op de
mini-CD vindt u extra informatie over alleondersteunde
AEI-Y-meldingen, alsook de ondersteundeAT-commandos.
Voor andere CTI-toepassingen kunt u de parameters proto-col,
kiesmethode, baudsnelheid en tekenformaat instellen inhet menu
CTI-instelling van het T3-toestel. Bij kies-methode kunt u
instellen of uw T3-toestl zich na het kiezenvia de CTI-toepassing
in luidsprekermodus (normaal) of inhandenvrije modus (FRE bij
kiezen) moet bevinden.Bij de andere instellingen moet u zich
richten naar deinformatie in de gebruiksaanwijzing van de
betreffende
CTI-toepassing.
