Our main criteria is the 15-24 age category, as you can see males attend the cinema 2% more than females which isn’t significant but does add to our thoughts around our target audience. We have aimed our opening towards females because of their open as well as expressive love for twilight and similar fantasy/horror films. Therefore we are appealing to the teen girls more. On the other hand males are more frequent cinema goers therefore we have amplified the darkness of the themes of our sequence in order to give them a better sense of enjoyment.
