AB Crunch BenchFOR BASIC TO ADVANCED ABDOMINAL TRAINING
AB CRUNCH is the latest addition to the Element+ line of benches. Its counterbalanced ergonomic backrest enables users of all levels to perform both facilitated and advanced crunch exercises and helps avoid back and neck stress caused by incorrect movement or positioning.
BIOMECHANICS AND VARIETY
The counterbalancing movement and ergonomic support provided by the bench enables all types of users, even the most deconditioned, to carry out a facilitated crunch workout, easily and effectively.
The ergonomic design enables users to perform exercises for the rectus abdominis (abs) and obliques in total comfort.
FACILITATED CRUNCHES EXERCISE VERSATILITY
More advanced users are able to increase the resistance by adding weight (5 and 10 Kg weights) for a more challenging workout.
By varying the position of the feet users are able to work different abdominal muscles for a varied and complete abdominal routine.
UP TO 30 KG RESISTANCE TARGET SPECIFIC MUSCLES
Features include INTEGRATED WHEELS to make moving the bench easy, rubber feet to protect the gym floor and INTEGRATED WEIGHTS STORAGE PEG to keep the floor space tidy and safe.
