In a space of just 45 square metres without technical supervision, Technogym can nonetheless supply a complete cardio, strength and flexibility training solution. With VISIO SELF users can select a specific training program to suit their needs, developed on the basis of the installed equipment (like in the pictured example showing professional cardio products from the Excite+, Plurima and FLEXability lines).

In an environment not supervised by professional trainers, but with the possibility of using VISIO SELF to select favourite training routines, users can design their own complete workouts. Forma line is the perfect complement to Plurima, allowing users to enjoy their own entertainment content on their smartphone or tablet as they train.

Ease of use Compact versatility

Plurima, like all the other Technogym strength products, is biomechanically designed to suit physiological movement trajectories.

The Plurima Shock Absorbing Handle is an innovative Technogym device installed at grip ends to prevent damage to outer casings also in the event the user lets go abruptly.

Thanks to the Visual Set Up system, adjustments are easy as all the relevant mechanisms are highlighted in yellow. And to make Plurima even more intuitive, Visual Flags have been added in the form of two yellow flags to help the user correctly position the seat.

In just 6.5 square metres, as many as 150 total body training exercises can be carried out. In the WALL configuration, Plurima is the only commercially available multiple training station enabling such a considerable number of exercises to be performed in a limited space.

With VISIO SELF, the new interactive interface by Technogym, your gym users can select the training programme best suited to their needs and watch a video showing in detail how to perform the various exercises. With the mywellness application, users can also view and upload their Wellness contents to Facebook and other social networks ensuring more visibility for your facility.

Log in to the dedicated website page to find information, useful tips and videos on how to exercise correctly and safely.

Watch the video and follow instructions on how to carry out exercises performed by Technogym Trainers, then users can begin their own training, even without supervision.

To provide user guidance during training, a diagram of the muscle groups involved in specific exercises is featured on each module.The QR Code available on each machineimproves the Plurima user experience: it is possible to log in to the technogym.com website with a smartphone or tablet device to view videos showing how to correctly and safely perform each exercise.

Thanks to mywellness cloud, the integrated Technogym environment consisting of equipment interfaces, personal devices and web/mobile applications, the user’s own Wellness account contents can be accessed from anywhere in the world: training schedules and results can be shared with other users, training routines can be adjusted to reflect trainer recommendations or challenges can be organised with friends - wherever they are based.
