What is Differentiation?

All students have different readiness levels, interests, and learning styles. Differentiation is an approach that enables all students to be challenged within the classroom setting, while meeting their individual needs.

What does this mean for my child?

• Differentiation instruction provides your child with an education that is learner-centered. No two students learn the same. Differentiation is a method that modifies curriculum to meet a wide range of learner needs within one classroom.
