本片讲述了现代化进程中跨越地域的意识形态下的年轻人的精神状况，用即兴摄影的方式来控制演员，电视剧的框架来控制剧情，传统艺术和民间文化成了影响作品的主要因素，毫无逻辑的人物关系构建了一个孤立的政治图景，是一部关于自我精神认知的肥皂剧。

Happens in a modernizing process, this video is about the psychic condition of the youngsters who live in an age of cross-border ideology.is restrained in the stereotypical story line of mainstream telescript,while its actors are ordered to perform improvisationally. Traditional art and folk culture have become main factors of influencing this works. the logic-less relations of characters have constructed an isolated political scene

“昂贵福利计划”是一次文化实验，它企图为非主流的、边缘的、底层的人群建造一种有保障的意识形态。“Costly”是一种创作题材。一种价值体系与审美标准。“costlyboy昂贵福利计划”将会为世界上一系列的非主流的、边缘的、底层的人群提供一种精神信仰与物质支撑。“Costly昂贵福利计划”旗下的系统“族族”（zuzu）是一个纯粹的民族体系试验机构。宗旨是为了民族而民族。目标是开发完善的民族框架，建立一系列的社会传播终端。系统成型后将会免费为国家地区提供解决方案。现阶段全球社会上的主流思维极易影响及操控边缘人士，他们强势地透过各种媒介来释放他们的价值观，甚至法律在他们面前都会失去公正（例如美国加州的8号法案）。很多中立人士，权利机关迫于主流舆论或者教派的的压力，不得不作出违背真理的判决。所以，非主流的、边缘的、底层的人群，他们的利益、他们的意见、他们的话语权都将被主流的文明的法律机制所掩埋，这一切得不到传播、放大、理解，对整个人类社会而言是极其可怕的。当主流的审美得到大多数认同时，区别于主流审美体系的人将被认作是非美，当文明与合法对等的时候，那么，不文明即是非法。这种正统观念一旦被认可，便会豪无忌惮的合理的法律性的压抑小众人群。“昂贵福利项目”正是以缓解这种矛盾为宗旨的项目，它试图透过物质的奖励和精神上的认同来激励小众人群反抗，减少主流社会对其行为和思想上的干扰，让他们保持独立的姿态、高度的自我认同以及持续的活力。这个活力不是指其存在与否或正在运行与否，而是指其创造的能力。很多非主流的事物，一旦失去其创造力，尽管其形式仍然是非主流的，却只有两种结局：一、消失；二、被同化。“昂贵福利项目”将透过各种传播措施不遗余力地传播非主流的，边缘的，底层人群的价值观和审美习惯。使社会中的少数族避免主流模式给他们带来的同化和改变，使来自这些群体的思想，行为，审美习惯拥有充分的话语权。同时，记录全面的，真实的历史也将是“昂贵福利项目”的义务。因为人们了解的所谓的历史，往往是大众版的历史，而不是以历史的真相为历史。“族族”将是这个计划的重要组成部分，我们将搭建一个虚拟和真实的地域平台，让不同心理素质的，不同经济基础的，携带不同文化元素的“昂贵福利”申请者在这一平台上讨论、创造、分享他们的个人经验。操作规则；我们对申请人有两点要求：一、认为自己身材，样貌，与生俱来或者由于后天的改变（人为或非人为皆可）与众不同者。二、行动力，世界观，人生观，价值观有别于普遍的标准。符合这两点的地球人士都可以通过Email向我们发出申请，你需要提供多角度全身和局部照片，个人简历，以及关于你的思想的表述文章；若无书写能力或言说能力的申请者，可以录音，或者提供权威医疗机构医疗图谱。任何有用的资料或者物件，我们都接受，当然一定要能表明你的观点。我们的检验机构将经过一段时间的审核，时间不定。如果审核通过，你就将得到我们的发出的costly证书了，然后我们将根据你在社会中的受限程度给你发放不等资金。你对我们没有任何义务，我们希望你过得更自由潇洒。但我们有可能公布你的提交材料，用于展示，讨论，研究。附：Costly的下属检验机构：蛋白质实验室力比多实验室

Costly Welfare Project is a cultural experiment which tries to build a kind of ideology with guarantee for the non-main-stream, lower-class and fringe minority. Costly is a creative theme, a value system and an aesthetic standard. Costly Welfare Project shall provide its material and spiritual support for all kinds of non-main-stream, lower-class and fringe people in the world. Zuzu, an experimental organization in the pure form of ethnologic system, means and works for just the word of “nation”, and aims to develop a perfect nation framework and to establish a series of social transmit terminal. When it gets matured, Zuzu shall offer solutions for each station and district for free. Nowadays the thoughts of the main-stream society influence and control those of the fringe people so easily that they release their value view through kinds of media in force, that even the law loses justice in front of them (Proposition 8 of California, USA). Therefore, the advice, the advantage and the speech right of non-main-stream, lower-class and fringe minority are buried by the main-stream law mechanism. This is terrible for the whole human society if none of the minority thoughts is spread, enlarged, and understood. While majority agrees with “beauty”, anything other than main-stream aesthetic appreciation will be considered “non-beauty”; while civilization is equal to legality, non-civilization is definitely illegal. Once this “legitimate” idea is transplanted into majority’s concept system, it depresses minority, “legally” and “reasonably”. Costly Welfare Project just aims at alleviating such kind of contradiction. It helps and encourages the fringe minority, by material welfare and spirit agreement, to react against depression, decreasing the interference on thoughts and actions from the main-stream society, sustaining their independent gestures, highly self-esteem, and continuous activity. The activity here means the ability to create, instead that whether it exists or has functions or not. Many non-main-stream things, once losing their own creativity, turns out just two endings, one is to disappear and the other is to be assimilated. Costly Welfare Project shall try every means to transmit the value concept and the aesthetic manner of the non-main-stream, lower-class and fringe minority, enduing them with total freedom to think, to convey and to own speech right. At the same time, Costly Welfare Project shall take the responsibility to record the real history, as comprehensive as possible. People commonly understand the public history as the so-called HISTORY, rather than the history based on facticity. Zuzu, as one of the most important parts of this program, is a platform crossed with fictitious network and real area, which will be built in the near future. It is also a platform for Costly Welfare applicants with different mental qualities, with different economic bases and with different cultural backgrounds to discuss, create and share each of their personal experience together.

“龙泉洗浴”是草场地离画廊区最近的一家澡堂，很多人可能已经多次经过它，不过并没有太过留意。forget art将会重新利用这个特定的“公共性”私密空间，试图重新发现和定义这个空间的属性和存在于其中的特定语境。事实上什么都不会改变，我们只是以一种低姿态的可忽略的美学观在其中展开有针对性的“微干预”，从赋予特定意义的现成品到情境的重新抽离，从声音和记忆的关系到物体中的时间性 Dragon Fountain is the public bathhouse closer to the gallery area at Caochangdi, many people may have passed it several times, but not pay too much attention on it. forget art will re-use this particular "public" private space, we are trying to rediscover and redefine the attribute of this space and the presence of a specific context in which. In fact nothing will change, we are just attemting to make some site-specific "micro intervention" which embody an aesthetics of low-profile and ignorance. From readymade endowed with specific meaning to detached situation from daily life; from relationship between memory and voice to timing factor of found objects

这是一件伪电子乐器，用蛇纹pu皮缝制成蛇尾的感觉，里面塞满海绵，匀速转动的马达带动马尾，摩擦琴弦透过木箱发出刺耳的依依呀呀的声音，视乎是在切割自己时发出的呻吟，用麦克风拾音并通过音响散播。

This is a pseudo-electronic musical instrument .Have made the tail with the snakeskin , the inside packs the sponge, the motor that slowly rotates drives bows, rub the string, emit the ear-piercing sound through the wooden case, look like the groan sent out while cutting oneself, use the microphone pickup and broadcast through the stereo.

“命运干预大全”软件主要以记录各个空间不同时间段发生的意外事件，然后以视频流的方式呈现，用感官刺激的方式让使用者加深记忆,命运干预大全软件会不断的增加新的内容（视频，文字资料）而让使用者不断的得到各种新的信息，干预自己的命运。所以命运干预大全软件永远都将是未完成状态。

拍摄这个录像作品的初衷是因为自己是一个《新白娘子传奇》迷,我一直认为神话故事对人的精神压力有缓解作用，录像中的每一个镜头都是临时与环境和演员沟通后拍摄的，是特别随机的，刚好反驳了我给剧中人物安排的命运。

My original intention to film this video tape is to show my love to the Chinese classical TV play, Tale of White Serpent,I always believe that fairy tales could ease people’s intensive mind，each scene of the film is made after temporary communication of both the invironment and the characters, which is especially random and full of inspiration. This just argues against my arrangement for my characters’ destination.

作品由三个未介入英特网的改装wifi装置组成，三个WIFI装置可以发出无线信号，在展场附近用具有wifi功能的移动上网设备可以搜索出这三个分别命名为：you might have cancers （你⼀一定得了癌症），your baby was raped （你的孩子被强奸了）， your mom is dead（你妈死了）的无线信号。

This work composed by three WIFI device,Three router can send wireless signals,The audience may search three wireless signals nearby the exhibition hall。They distinguish the naming are You might have cancers，Your baby was raped，Your mom is dead。
