Traditionally the delivery of education is left to DepEd with marginal community participation.
Synergeia mobilizes members of the community to design and implement programs that will help their children read and learn better.
The Synergeia model is demand driven, based on the needs and priorities of the community.

NAT scores improved from 30% to 50%
Dropout rate has decreased from 20.3% to 18%
Completion rate increased from 30% to 40%
