Theresa Kinney

Theresa considers herself one of the luckiest people on earth: she has an amazing family, and truly enjoys her work. As Regional Director, Pacific Northwest, Colorado and Western Canada, Theresa is passionate about helping people thrive in their work. Her role with BlessingWhite allows her to partner with organizations to help them operate in a performance-tuned work environment so they can successfully execute strategic initiatives that will shift their organizational performance.

For over 18 years Theresa has served as a trusted advisor during key organizational transformations. Her areas of expertise include Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Career Management. She regularly gives presentations on these topics to audiences interested in “moving the needle” on their learning performance.

Before joining BlessingWhite, Theresa held leadership positions for a local financial institution and was both a senior consultant and VP of Business Development for a leading Outplacement firm.

She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington and a Masters in Leadership Studies from City University Bellevue. She is active in the community. She is a past president of the Puget Sound ATD as well as a former Board of Director for the Lake Washington Human Resources Association.
