AR-RAHMAN (THE MOST GRACIOUS)

The Most Gracious

Ayah 2

The Quran He taught him

He taught the Quran.

Ayah 3

The man He created

He created the man.

Ayah 4

The speech He taught him

He taught him the speech.

Ayah 5

Precise calculation

The moon The sun

The sun and the moon move by precise calculation

Ayah 6

Both prostrate

The trees The stars

The stars and the trees both prostrate.

Ayah 7

The balance

He has set up

He has raised it

The heaven

And the heaven he has raised it and he has set up the balance.

Ayah 8

The

balance in You may

transgress That not

That you may not transgress the balance.

Ayah 9

Make deficient

Do not In justice

The weight

And establish

And establish the weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.

Ayah 10

For the creatures

He laid it And the earth

And the earth he has laid it for the creatures.

Ayah 11

Sheaths (of dates)

having

And date-palms

Is fruit There in

There in is fruits and date-palms having sheaths.

Ayah 12

And scented plants

husk having The grains

And grains having husk and scented plants.

Ayah 13

Will you both deny?

Your lord

favors So which

So which of the favors of your lord will you both (jinn and man) deny?

Ayah 14

Like the pottery

clay from The man

He created

He created man from clay like that of pottery

Ayah 15

fire of A

smokeless Flame

from The jinn

He created

And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire .

Ayah 16

Will you both deny?

Your lord

favors So which

So which of the favors of your lord will you both (jinn and man) deny?
