use taxi and ask the driver to drive you to Wisma MM UGM. For cheaper transportation, you could

also install the app GoJek or Grab for free. Unfortunately, the driver would not be able to go inside the

airport, so you might have to walk outside airport complex first. To order a ride, you have to register and

then choose your destination (Wisma MM UGM). The pick up point will be on the front of immigration

office, right in front of the airport complex. The fare will be shown in the app (for GoJek and Grab) or stated

by the taxi driver. Wisma MM UGM is generally about 20 minutes by car (7.5km), depending on

traffic condition.

For the students who come by train, we suggest you to stop at Lempuyangan Station. You can

use conventional taxi or online transportation, like Gojek, Grab or the like. It would be less than 10

minutes (2.8km) from Lempuyangan Station to Wisma MM UGM. However, for some of you that stop

at Tugu Station, it will be 10-20 minutes drive (3.2km) to Wisma MM UGM. Transportation fare depends on

the traffic conditions.

Foreign Currency Exchange

During iWeek 2019, the only foreign currency exchange that you can meet is only the one that is

at the airport. Beside the one at the airport, there are plenty other options to exchange your money

into Indonesian Rupiah. However, reaching this place would require you to arrange individual

transportation. At Mulia Money Changer which is located in the Hotel Garuda at Malioboro street,

you can find a foreign currency exchange that open nearly 24 hours. Should you bring US Dollar

to Indonesia, please be assure that your money is very new, in which it means your money is free
