• Sunbrella Embroidery Thread is larger than many typical embroidery threads. The size of Sunbrella Embroidery Thread is configured to provide optimal coverage and sewability for a wide range of outdoor and indoor applications. With proper setup, yield should increase up to 30%.

• The recommended needle for Sunbrella Embroidery Thread is 90/14.

• Be certain that the hook settings are correct for the needle size.

• Ensure that the embroidery design is properly digitized and configured for Sunbrella Embroidery Thread.

• It is not advisable to use Sunbrella Embroidery Thread on small lettering where many stitches may be laid over each other.

• Ensure that tension settings are correct in order to achieve the desired stitch.

• To ensure the desired longevity and easy cleaning of Sunbrella Embroidery Thread, Sunbrella Bobbin Thread is highly recommended. Without using Sunbrella Bobbin Thread the warranty is voided.

CARE AND CLEANING 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Sunbrella Embroidery Thread features the same easy

cleaning benefits of legendary Sunbrella fabrics. If a

stain occurs, simply clean the embroidery with soapy

water. Bleach or detergent may be used on Sunbrella

Embroidery Thread to clean difficult stains, but is only

recommended where the embroidery thread, surrounding

fabric and bobbin thread are genuine Sunbrella.

Glen Raven guarantees that Sunbrella Embroidery Thread will not be damaged by exposure to sunlight, or atmospheric conditions for five years. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper embroidery techniques, misuse, cuts, or abrasion. This warranty is only valid for applications using Sunbrella Embroidery Thread for the embroidery and the bobbin thread.

Glen Raven will:• Replace or refund the price of Sunbrella Embroidery and Bobbin Thread failing to meet this warranty; and • Pay an authorized dealer for the reasonable and customary expense to re-stitch any article that was stitched using Sunbrella Embroidery Thread for the embroidery and the bobbin thread.
