If you’ve not delved into the fantastic world of Manga fiction then, you’rein for a treat. Manga are Japanese style graphic novels with a twist. Mostof them you read from back to front and from right to left in the easternstyle, but don’t worry because the writing is in English!

A lot of Manga is translations from Japanese, but there is a growing Britishpresence. For instance Cirque du Freak is available in Manga form and wehave Manga versions of Romeo & Juliet and others.

You can also read on line at One Manga (www.onemanga.com)

It's summer. Rebecca is an unwilling visitor to Winterfold - taken from the buzz ofLondon and her friends and what she thinks is the start of a promising romance. Fere-lith already lives in Winterfold - it's a place that doesn't like to let you go, and sheknows it inside out - the beach, the crumbling cliff paths, the village streets, thewoods, the deserted churches and ruined graveyards, year by year being swallowedby the sea. Against her better judgement, Rebecca and Ferelith become friends, andduring that long, hot, claustrophobic summer they discover more about each otherand about Winterfold than either of them really want to, uncovering frightening se-crets that would be best left long forgotten.
