Preschool SportsBallet Bring your imagination and be ready to have fun as we do ballet stretches, simple ballet positions and ballet-based story dances. The last day of the class we encourage friends and family to attend an Open House where children can showcase their new skills and a short dance combination. The fall sessions are great ways to fine-tune your dancing skills before signing up for the inaugural Recital Season; which will run January 8-June 7. Dress code: Girls- ballet shoes, leotard, tights; Boys- ballet shoes, white t-shirt, dark shorts.

Little Sports Class is a fun mixture of activities and games to help children develop age appropriate gross motor skills. Little boys and girls will enjoy trying a variety of sports equipment, such as soccer, basketball, t-ball & more. Please wear gym shoes to class.

Preschool Intro To All Sports Check out our indoor t-ball class. Teach your little slugger the fundamentals of t-ball; catching, throwing, and hitting will be taught in a fun and creative way.

Pee Wee Basketball This class is designed to build fundamental skills such as shooting, dribbling and passing. Classes focus on hand-eye coordination and introduce the ideas of sportsmanship and team play. There will be a short scrimmage at the end of each class. Players should wear tennis shoes to class.

Pee Wee Soccer This class is designed to introduce preschoolers to the very exciting game of soccer through games and exercises such as trapping, dribbling, passing and shooting. As the session progresses, there will be a brief scimmage at the end of class. Players should wear tennis shoes to class.

Super Tumblers Come tumble with us as we introduce your child to floor tumbling. They will develop elementary tumbling skills like forward/backward rolls, headstands, and cartwheels. They will also work on modified vaults, balance beam exercises and obstacle courses.

Wacky Wiggles Join this high-energy class for preschoolers! Using a variety of music and equipment, instructors will lead children in large motor activities and body movement. Children will have an opportunity to run, jump, dance and play. Our goals are to build listening skills, coordination and large motor skills. Participants should wear tennis shoes to class. Class can be attended with or without parent.

PRESCHOOL ENRICHMENT Preschool EnrichmentCamp Tot time This camp is designed to introduce preschool children to the summer camp experience. Curriculum is based on our educational preschool program. Camp includes themed activities, outdoor time, nature education, in-house field trips, crafts, story and circle time, snack and more. Camp is held in an air conditioned preschool classroom with easy access to outdoor space. Potty training is not required.* Each child will receive one T-shirt for each camp (maximum 2). T-shirts are distributed the first day of camp. Please check website for camp dates and themes. *For children who are not potty trained, parents must be available to return to change soiled diapers.

Construction Zone Create projects using blocks, sticks, paper, and anything else you can imagine. It's a builders dream! For both boys and girls!

Getting Messy Hey, moms and dads! If you aren't a fan of cleaning up after messy projects, then let your child do them with us! We will be having fun making a mess and getting dirty while we make our own play dough, play with finger paints, try different art techniques and lots more. We provide the materials, and best of all - we clean up the BIG mess. Don't miss out. Your child is sure to have fun!

Gizmos And Gadgets Children love experiments that ooze, drip and bubble or bounce! Kids are active participants in the mess and fun. This class will be a BLAST and everyone will participate in hands-on experiments to see why simple things mix and work.

Messy Hands Hey, moms and dads! Does your toddler like to explore the wonders of paint, play-dough, mud and shaving cream? Don't like the mess? Then send them to us to have some messy fun where we do all the clean up. This class is a good introduction for your toddler’s sense of touch. Clothes that can get messy are required.

Whale Of A Tale This parent-child activity class incorporates games and music into a fun first class for your child. This 30-minute class will help each child develop confidence and self-esteem.

Family EnrichmentFRY FAMILY YMCA

Parents Night Out Enjoy a relaxing night out while the kids have fun with us! Parent's Night Out is offered on Friday evening. While you are out, our caring, experienced staff will lead crafts and games for the children. After that, we will settle down with snacks and a movie. Pre-registration is required. We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations for a full refund. All children must be potty trained. PNO will be cancelled if enrollment is less than 6 children. Parents will be notified by noon that day so please have alternate options if needed.

Red, White and Blue Tye Dye Bring something white to tye-dye, we supply the paints. Enjoy our festive red, white and blue themed tye-dye for the Fourth of July!

Bingo-Ice Cream Social Come and join us for a bingo and ice cream social! A fun way to cool off in the middle of July!

Back to School Bash Join us for a last summer bash before going back to school! Enjoy fun games, crafts, and refreshments.

Y Arts Night Children and Families are welcome to join us in quick and easy art projects for the whole family! Children must be accompanied by a family member. Please register at the Member Service Desk so we know you are coming!

Movies Under The Stars Are you looking for a fun, free family activity? Join us under the stars in beautiful Central Park, located behind the Kroehler Family YMCA, in downtown Naperville for an Outdoor movie night. Bring the family and a blanket or chairs to relax in. Shortly after dusk, we will show a movie on our large outdoor movie screen. Check our website or Facebook for what is playing on movie night. This event is open to the community.

FAMILY ENRICHMENT
