IL SISTEMA A DOPPIA COMBUSTIONE

La fiamma prodotta dalla legna che brucia correttamente inuna stufa emette la stessa quantità di anidride carbonica (CO

2)

che si sarebbe liberata in seguito alla naturaledecomposizione del legno stesso.

La quantità di CO2 prodotta dalla combustione o

decomposizione di una pianta corrisponde alla quantità diCO

2 che la pianta stessa è in grado di prelevare dall’ambiente

e trasformare in ossigeno per l’aria e carbonio per la pianta,nel corso del suo ciclo di vita.

L’uso di combustibili fossili non rinnovabili (carbone, gasolio,gas), a differenza di quanto avviene con la legna, libera nell’ariaenormi quantità di CO2 accumulate nel corso di milioni di anni,aumentando la formazione dell’effetto serra. L’uso della legnacome combustibile, quindi, è in perfetto equilibrio conl’ambiente in quanto viene utilizzato un combustibile rinnovabileed in armonia con il ciclo ecologico della natura.

Il principio della combustione pulita risponde in pieno a questiobiettivi e la Palazzetti vi ha fatto riferimento nella progettazionedei propri prodotti.

Cosa intendiamo per combustione pulita e come avviene? Ilcontrollo e la regolazione di aria primaria e l’immissionedell’aria secondaria provoca una seconda combustione, opost-combustione caratterizzata da una seconda fiamma piùviva e più limpida che si sviluppa al di sopra della fiammaprincipale. Essa, grazie all’immissione di nuovo ossigeno,brucia i gas incombusti migliorando sensibilmente ilrendimento termico e riducendo al minimo le emissioni nocivedi CO (monossido di carbonio) dovute alla combustioneincompleta. È questa una caratteristica esclusiva delle stufe edi altri prodotti PALAZZETTI.

DUAL COMBUSTION SYSTEM

In a wood burning stove, a correctly burning flame emits thesame amount of carbon dioxide (CO

2) as would be emitted

through the natural decomposition of the wood itself.

The quantity of CO2 produced by combustion or decomposition

of a tree corresponds to the quantity of CO2 that the tree itself is

capable of extracting from the environment and transforminginto oxygen for the air and carbon for itself during its lifetime.

Unlike wood, when fossil fuels are burned – which are notrenewable, like coal, diesel oil, gas - a huge amount of C02

accumulated in the course of millions of years is emitted intothe atmosphere, increasing the green-house effect.Consequently, the use of wood as fuel maintains the perfectequilibrium of nature because it is a renewable fuel whoseburning is compatible with nature’s life cycle.

The principle of clean combustion is in perfect harmony withthese characteristics and Palazzetti always refers to it whendesigning its products.

What exactly do we mean by clean combustion and how doesit come about? By controlling the flow of primary air and byadding secondary air, a second level of combustion, or post-combustion, takes place. This is indicated by a secondcharacteristically clearer and stronger flame above the mainflame. By adding new oxygen, this flame consumes theunburned gasses, remarkably improving heat production andreducing the harmful emission of CO (carbon monoxide)caused by incomplete combustion. This is a unique feature ofthe stoves and other PALAZZETTI products.

DAS SYSTEM DER DOPPELTENVERBRENNUNG

Eine in einem Heizofen korrekt brennende Flamme gibt diegleiche Menge an Kohlendioxyd (C0

2) ab, die durch die

natürliche Zersetzung des Holzes selbst hätte erzeugt werdenkönnen.

Die von der Verbrennung oder Zersetzung einer Pflanzeerzeugte C0

2-Menge entspricht der Menge, die eben diese

Pflanze während ihres Lebenszyklus aus der Atmosphäreentnimmt und für die Luft in Sauerstoff bzw. für die Pflanzein Kohlenstoff umwandeln kann.

Bei der Verwendung von nicht erneuerbarenFossilbrennstoffen (Kohle, Dieselöl, Gas) werden im Gegenteilzum Holz enorme Mengen an CO2, das sich im Laufe vonMillionen Jahren angesammelt hat, an die Atmosphäreabgegeben, was zur Erhöhung des “Treibhauseffekts” beiträgt.Demnach kann die Anwendung von Holz als Brennstoff alsumweltfreundlich angesehen werden, da ein erneuerbarerBrennstoff verwendet wird, der sich harmonisch in dennatürlichen, ökologischen Zyklus einfügt.

Das von Palazzetti für Heizöfen und Kamine angewandtePrinzip der sauberen Verbrennung entspricht voll und ganzdiesen Zielsetzungen, wonach man sich auch in der Planungder Produkte hält.

Was versteht man unter sauberer Verbrennung und wiefunktioniert sie? Die Kontrolle der Primärluft und die Zufuhrvon Sekundärluft bewirken eine zweite Verbrennung bzw. eineso genannte Nachverbrennung, bei der sich einezweite Flamme über der ersten entwickelt und lebendiger undauch klarer brennt. Sie verbrennt durch die Zufuhr derSekundärluft die unverbrannten Gase, wodurch dieHeizleistung wesentlich verbessert wird: die schädlichen,durch die unvollständige Verbrennung bedingten CO-Emissionen (Kohlenmonoxyd) werden auf ein Minimumreduziert. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein exklusives Merkmalder Öfen und anderen Produkte der Fa. PALAZZETTI.

1.2 DESTINAZIONE D’USO

L’apparecchiatura PALAZZETTI modello SABRINA-GILDA-IRENE-LINDA-AMELIA è la nuova stufa per ilriscaldamento, realizzata da una struttura compostada refrattari pregiati per il massimo accumulo di calore.

La stufa funziona in maniera ottimale con la portadel focolare chiusa.

La stufa è caratterizzata da un doppio sistema dicombustione PRIMARIA e SECONDARIA con effettipositivi sia sul rendimento che sulla emissione di“fumi più puliti”.

La destinazione d’uso sopra riportata e le configurazionipreviste della stufa sono le uniche ammesse dalCostruttore: non utilizzare l’apparecchio in disaccordocon le indicazioni fornite.

La destinazione d’uso indicata è valida solo perapparecchiature in piena efficienza strutturale,meccanica ed impiantistica. La stufa PALAZZETTI èun apparecchio solo da interno.

The PALAZZETTI SABRINA-GILDA-IRENE-LINDA-AMELIA model stove is the new heating stove, with a100% metal structure and firebox closed by avitroceramic panel.

The stove operates at its best when the firebox dooris shut.

1.2 ANWENDUNGSZWECK

Das neue Kaminofenmodell SABRINA-GILDA-IRENE-LINDA-AMELIA von PALAZZETTI ist der neue Heizofenmit einer Struktur aus edler Schamotte für einenoptimalen Wärmestau.

Der Kaminofen funktioniert bei geschlossenerFeuerraumtür optimal.

Der Heizofen zeichnet sich durch ein doppeltesVerbrennungssystem mit PRIMÄR- UNDSEKUNDÄRVERBRENNUNG aus, was sich nicht nurauf die Heizleistung positiv auswirkt, sondern auch“reinere Abgase“ bewirkt.

Der oben genannte Anwendungszweck bzw. die fürdas Gerät vorgesehenen Konfigurationen sind dieeinzigen vom Hersteller zugelassenen: das Gerätnicht gegen die gelieferten Anweisungenverwenden.

• use that fails to conform to the safety directives;

Palazzetti è in grado di risolvere qualunque problematecnico riguardante l’impiego e la manutenzionenell'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto.

La sede centrale è a vostra disposizione per indirizzarvial più vicino centro di assistenza autorizzato.

1.12 PARTI DI RICAMBIO

Impiegare esclusivamente parti di ricambio originali.

Non attendere che i componenti siano logorati dall’usoprima di procedere alla loro sostituzione.

Sostituire un componente usurato prima della rotturafavorisce la prevenzione degli infortuni derivanti daincidenti causati proprio dalla rottura improvvisa deicomponenti, che potrebbero provocare gravi danni apersone e cose.

Eseguire i controlli periodici di manutenzione comeindicato nel capitolo “MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA”.

1.13 CONSEGNA DELLA STUFA

La stufa viene consegnata perfettamente imballatacon cartone e fissata ad una pedana in legno che nepermette la movimentazione mediante carrelli elevatorie/o altri mezzi.

All’interno della stufa viene allegato il seguentemateriale:

• libretto di uso, installazione e manutenzione;

• guanto di protezione.

Changing a worn component before it breaks makesit easier to prevent accidents that could otherwise leadto serious injury or damage to property.

Carry out the routine maintenance checks asexplained in the “MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING”chapter.

1.13 DELIVERY OF THE STOVE

Upon delivery, the stove is perfectly packaged andsecured to a wooden pallet so it can be transported byforklift trucks and/or other means.

You will find the following items inside the stove:

• Use, installation and maintenance manual;

• Protective glove.

Darauf achten, dass sich die Kinder nicht dembetriebenen Kaminofen nähern bzw. damit spielenwollen.

1.12 ERSATZTEILE

Ausschließlich Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Vor dem Austausch gewisser Bestandteile nicht erstabwarten, bis sie komplett abgenutzt sind.

Wird ein verschlissener Bestandteil vor seinemkompletten Kaputtgehen ersetzt, können Unfälle, dieeben auf das plötzliche Kaputtgehen von Teilenzurückzuführen sind und schwere Personen- undSachschäden verursachen könnten, vermiedenwerden.

Die regelmäßigen Kontrollen zur Instandhaltung lautKapitel „WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG“ durchführen.

1.13 LIEFERUNG DES HEIZOFENS

Der Heizofen wird einwandfrei im Karton verpackt undauf einem Holzpodest fixiert geliefert, wodurch derTransport mittels Hubstapler oder andere Mittelmöglich ist.

Im Heizofen wird folgendes Material mitgeliefert:

• Installations-, Gebrauchs- und Wartungsanleitung

• Schutz handshuh.


IT2 AVVERTENZE PER LA SICUREZZA

2.1 AVVERTENZE PER L’INSTALLATORE

• Verificare che le predisposizioni all’accoglimentodella stufa siano conformi ai regolamenti locali,nazionale ed europei.

2.2 AVVERTENZE PER L’UTILIZZATORE

• Predisporre il luogo d’installazione della stufasecondo i regolamenti locali, nazionale ed europei.

• La stufa, essendo un prodotto da riscaldamento,presenta delle superfici esterne particolarmente calde.

Per questo motivo si raccomanda la massima cauteladurante il funzionamento in particolare:

• non toccare e non avvicinarsi al vetro della porta,potrebbe causare ustioni;

• non toccare lo scarico dei fumi;

• non scaricare le ceneri;

• non eseguire pulizie di qualunque tipo;

• fare attenzione che i bambini non si avvicinino.

• Osservare le prescrizioni indicate nel presentemanuale.

• Rispettare le istruzioni e gli avvertimenti evidenziatidalle targhette esposte sulla stufa.

• Le targhette sono dispositivi antinfortunistici,pertanto devono essere sempre perfettamenteleggibili. Qualora risultassero danneggiate edilleggibili è obbligatorio sostituirle, richiedendone ilricambio originale al Costruttore.

• Utilizzare solo il combustibile conforme alleindicazioni riportate sul capitolo relativo allecaratteristiche del combustibile stesso.

• Seguire scrupolosamente il programma dimanutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.

• Non impiegare la stufa senza prima avere eseguitol’ispezione giornaliera come prescritto al capitolo“Manutenzione” del presente manuale.

• Non utilizzare la stufa in caso di funzionamentoanomalo, sospetto di rottura o rumori.

2.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER

• Make sure that the stove’s place of installation meetsall local, national and European regulations.

• Observe the instruction given in this manual.

• Check that the flue and air intake are suitable for thetype of installation opted for.

• The electrical connection must not be done usingtemporary or non-insulated leads.

• Always use the personal protection devices and themeans of protection provided by law.

2.2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

• Prepare the place of installation of the stove inaccordance with the local, national and European rulesand regulations.

• Since the fireplace is a product that heats, its outersurfaces can get very hot. on when it is working, inparticular:

• do not touch or go near the glass door as youcould get burnt;

• do not touch the smoke discharge;

• do not empty the ashes;

• do not do any type of cleaning;

• make sure that children are kept away.

• Comply with the indications given in this manual.

• The plates are accident prevention devices and assuch must be easily and perfectly legible at all times.Should they be damaged and rendered illegible it iscompulsory to change them, asking the manufacturerfor an original plate.

• Keep strictly to the routine and extraordinarymaintenance programme.

• Do not throw water on the stove when it is lit or to putthe fire out in the hearth.

• Do not lean against the open door.

3 CARATTERISTICHE E DESCRIZIONEDELLA MACCHINA

3.1 DESCRIZIONE

Le STUFE SABRINA, GILDA, IRENE, LINDA, AMELIA sonostufe costruite con una struttura completamente metallica,con focolare in ghisa chiuso da un vetro-ceramico.La STUFA SABRINA (Fig. 3.1.1) viene prodotta in duemodelli che differiscono per la presenza o meno di unripiano in cristallo con funzione ornamentale, posto aldi sotto della portina.La STUFA GILDA (Fig. 3.1.2) differisce dalla STUFASABRINA per il rivestimento in maiolica.La STUFA IRENE (Fig. 3.1.3) si caratterizza per ledimensioni più contenute rispetto alle altre due stufee per i rivestimenti che possono essere in maiolica oin pietra ollare.La STUFA LINDA (Fig. 3.1.4) viene prodotta conrivestimento in pietra ollare.La STUFA AMELIA (Fig.3.1.5) è dotata di vetroposteriore per una visione del fuoco da entrambi i lati;il rivestimento è in ceramica.Sotto al focolare è presente un vano, chiuso da unaportina in acciaio satinato apribile con lieve pressionee successivo rilascio.Il rivestimento esterno, della stufa Gilda, oltre asvolgere una funzione estetica ha lo scopo diaccumulare calore durante il periodo di massimofuoco e di restituirlo gradualmente all’ambientequando il fuoco si attenua.Tra il rivestimento e la struttura in acciaio esistonoampi spazi per il passaggio dell’aria. Questifavoriscono un veloce riscaldamento dell'ambiente, econtemporaneamente impediscono che le superficiesterne raggiungano valori di temperaturaeccessivamente elevati.

3 FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION OFTHE STOVE

3.1 DESCRIPTION

The SABRINA, GILDA, IRENE, LINDA, AMELIA stovesare built with an entirely metallic structure with hearthin cast iron closed by a pyroceram door.The SABRINA STOVE (Fig. 3.1.1) comes in two models,one of which has a glass shelf below the door andserves as a decorative feature.The difference between the GILDA STOVE (Fig. 3.1.2)and the SABRINA STOVE is the majolica cladding.The STOVE IRENE (Fig. 3.1.3) is smaller than the othertwo stoves, and can be equipped with ceramic or withsoapstone.The stove LINDA (Fig. 3.1.4) is produced with asoapstone cladding.The AMELIA STOVE (Fig.3.1.5) is equipped with a rearglass panel to view the fire from both sides. Thecladding is ceramic.

The space under the hearth is closed by a satin steel doorthat can be opened by pressing slightly and then releasing.In addition to serving a stylistic purpose, the outercladding (GILDA STOVE) has the task of accumulatingheat when the fire is at maximum and graduallyreleasing it to the room when the fire burns down.

There is a great deal of space between the claddingand the steel structure for the passage of air. Thisencourages the room to heat quickly and at the sametime prevents the outer surfaces from gettingexcessively hot.

The SABRINA , GILDA , IRENE, LINDA STOVE hearthis made entirely in cast iron; the back wall is made soasto obtain secondary and ecological combustion.

The pyroceram is fastened to the door and can beopened with a satin steel handle.

The firebox of the AMELIA STOVE has side walls madeof cast iron, made in order to obtain ecological orsecondary combustion. The door is the same as theprevious models.

3.2 COMBUSTION

2.3 HINWEISE FÜR DAS WARTUNGSPERSONAL

• Die Anweisungen dieses Handbuchs beachten.

• Immer die geeignete Schutzkleidung tragen und alleanderen Schutzvorrichtungen anwenden.

• Vor jedem Wartungseingriff sicherstellen, dass derHeizofen - sollte er betrieben worden sein - ausgekühlt ist.

3 BRENNSTOFFEIGENSCHAFTEN UNDGERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG

3.1 BESCHREIBUNG

Die Struktur der ÖFEN SABRINA, GILDA, IRENE, LINDAAMELIA ist ganz aus Metall gebaut und hat einegusseiserne Feuerstelle, die Hilfe einesKeramikglases verschlossen wird.Der OFEN SABRINA (Abb. 3.1.1) wird in zweiAusführungen hergestellt, die sich durch eineGlasverzierung in Form einer Ablage unterscheidendie sich unter der Tür befindet.Der OFEN GILDA (Abb. 3.1.2) unterscheidet sich durchdie Kachelverkleidung vom OFEN SABRINA.Der OFEN IRENE (Abb. 3.1.3) hat geringerAbmessungen wie die andere zwei Öfen, und kanndurch Kacheln oder Speckstein verkleidet werden.Der Ofen LINDA (Abb. 3.1.4) wird mitSpecksteinverkleidung hergestellt.Der HEIZOFEN AMELIA (Abb.3.1.5) ist mit einerrückseitigen Glasscheibe ausgestattet, damit man vonzwei Seiten einen Blick auf das Feuer hat, dieVerkleidung besteht aus Keramik.Unter der Feuerstelle befindet sich dann wiederumein Raum, der durch eine satinierte Stahltürverschlossen wird, die man durch leichtes Andrückenund erneutes Loslassen öffnen kann.Die Außenverkleidung (OFEN GILDA) hat außer ihrerästhetischen Funktion auch den Zweck, während dasFeuer am stärksten brennt, Wärme anzusammeln unddiese dann nach und nach an die Umgebungabzugeben, wenn die Flamme schwächer wird.Zwischen der Verkleidung und der Stahlstruktur liegenbreite Zwischenräume für den Luftdurchlass. Diesefördern ein schnelles Erwärmen des Raums undverhindern gleichzeitig, dass die äußeren Oberflächenzu heiß werden.Die Feuerstelle der ÖFEN SABRINA, GILDA, IRENE undLINDA besteht vollständig aus Gusseisen; die hintereWand wurde so gebaut, dass eine sekundäre bzw.umweltfreundliche Verbrennung mit einer Heizleistung.

3.2 LA COMBUSTIONE

Molti sono i fattori che concorrono per rendere efficacela combustione in termini di prestazioni termiche ebasse emissioni di sostanze inquinati (CO -Monossido di carbonio).Alcuni fattori dipendono dall’apparecchiatura nellaquale avviene la combustione altri invece dipendonoda caratteristiche ambientali, di installazione e dalgrado di manutenzione ordinaria effettuato al prodottoe alla canna fumaria.

Alcuni fattori importanti sono:• aria comburente;• qualità della legna (umidità e dimensioni);• caratteristiche del sistema di evacuazione dei prodottidella combustione.

Nei paragrafi successivi sono riportate alcuneindicazioni da rispettare per ottenere il massimorendimento del prodotto acquistato.

4 MOVIMENTAZIONE E TRASPORTO

La stufa viene consegnata completamente montata,in un imballo adeguato ai lunghi trasporti.

Nella STUFA SABRINA “con vetro ornamentale”quest’ultimo, unitamente ai supporti di montaggio,viene fornito imballato separatamente e verràinstallato come descritto al punto 6.3.

Consigliamo di disimballare la stufa solo quando ègiunta sul luogo di installazione.

Posizionare la stufa facendo presa sul foro di uscita fumi.La stufa viene consegnata completa di tutte le parti previste.

Fare attenzione alla tendenza allo sbilanciamento della stufa.

Durante il sollevamento evitare strappi o bruschi movimenti.

Accertarsi che il carrello sollevatore abbia unaportata superiore al peso della stufa da sollevare.

Al manovratore dei mezzi di sollevamento spetteràtutta la responsabilità del sollevamento dei carichi.

Fare attenzione che i bambini non giochino con icomponenti dell’imballo (es. pellicole e polistirolo).Pericolo di soffocamento!

5 PREPARAZIONEPERL’INSTALLAZIONE

5.1 PRECAUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA

La responsabilità delle opere eseguite nello spaziod’ubicazione della macchina è, e rimane, a caricodell’utilizzatore; a quest’ultimo è demandata anchel’esecuzione delle verifiche relative alle soluzionid’installazione proposte.

4 HANDLING AND TRANSPORT

The stove is delivered fully assembled in appropriatepackaging for long journeys.

The ornamental glass of the SABRINA STOVE ispacked separately with the supports for mounting andwill be installed as described in point 6.3.

We recommend unpacking the stove only when it hasreached the installation site. Position the stove holdingthe smoke outlet hole. It is advisable to wait until thestoves arrives at the place where it will be installedbefore unpacking it.

The stove is supplied complete with all its parts.

Please be aware of the fact that the stove tend to tipover.

The stove’s centre of gravity is near the front.

Avoid sudden movements when lifting the stove.

Make sure the forklift truck has a sufficient lift ingcapacity for the weight of the stove.

The person operating the forklift is completelyresponsible for the lifting operations.

Do not let children play with the packaging materials(film, polystyrene). Risk of suffocation!

5 PREPARING THE PLACE OFINSTALLATION


The user is and remains responsible for all work donein the space where the stove is to be installed.

The user is also entrusted with carrying out the checksregarding the proposed installation solutions.

The user must comply with all the local, national andEuropean regulations.

If the floor does not have a sufficient load-bearingcapacity, it is advisable to use a load-distributing plateof an appropriate size.

The stove must be assembled and dismantled byskilled technicians.

It is always advisable for the user to call our assistanceservice when they need qualified technicians.

If other technicians are called in, please make surethey are properly qualified.

Das Keramikglas ist an der Tür befestigt und kannmit dem satinierten Stahlgriff geöffnet werden.Die Seitenwände der Feuerstelle des HEIZOFENSAMELIA sind aus Gusseisen, sie sind so gearbeitet,dass eine sekundäre oder umweltfreundlicheVerbrennung erzielt wird. Die Tür ist wie bei denvorausgegangenen Modellen.

3.2 DIE VERBRENNUNG

Viele Faktoren spielen für eine im Sinne vonWärmeleistung und niedrige Schadstoffabgabe (CO- Kohlenmonoxyd) effiziente Verbrennung einebedeutende Rolle.Einige Faktoren hängen vom Gerät ab, in dem dieVerbrennung erfolgt, andere hingegen von denUmweltbedingungen, der Installation und derregelmäßigen Wartung des Geräts und des Rauchfangs.Einige wichtige Faktoren sind:• Verbrennungsluft;• Holzqualität (Feuchtigkeit und Größe);• Eigenschaften des Rauchabzugsystems.In den anstehenden Absätzen sind einigeAnweisungen enthalten, die einzuhalten sind, damitder Heizofen mit maximaler Leistung funktioniert.

4 HANDLING UND TRANSPORT

Der Ofen wird komplett montiert und in einer für langeTransportwege geeigneten Verpackung geliefert.

Beim OFEN SABRINA “mit Zierglas” wird dieses mitden dafür vorgesehenen Montagehalterungen undseparat verpackt geliefert, um dann wie bei Punkt 6.3genannt, montiert zu werden.Wir empfehlen, den Ofen erst dann auszupacken,wenn er an seinem endgültigen Aufstellungsortangelangt ist. Den Ofen aufstellen, in dem man aufdie Öffnungen des Rauchausgangs Druck ausübt.Der Ofen wird mit montierter Metallstruktur undseparat, für lange Transportstrecken geeignetverpackter Verkleidung geliefert.Es ist empfehlenswert, den Ofen erst amInstallationsort auszupacken.Das Gerät wird mit allen vorgesehenen Teilen geliefert.Achtung, das Gerät kippt leicht.Nicht mit abrupten oder ruckartigen Bewegungenanheben.Sicherstellen, dass die Belastbarkeit desHubstaplers über dem Gerätegewicht liegt.Der Bediener der Hebevorrichtung hat die gesamteVerantwortung für das Anheben der Lasten.Sicherstellen, dass keine Kinder mit denVerpackungsteilen spielen (z.B. Folien und Polystyrol).Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!

5 VORBEREITUNG DESINSTALLATIONSORTS


Die Verantwortung für die Arbeiten im Aufstellungsraumdes Heizofens ist und bleibt die des Benutzers; diesemwird auch die Ausführung der Kontrolle bezüglich derInstallationsvorschläge übertragen.

E’ sempre consigliabile che gli utenti si rivolgano alnostro servizio di assistenza per le richieste di tecniciqualificati.

Nel caso in cui intervengano altri tecnici siraccomanda di accertarsi sulle loro reali capacità.

L’installatore, prima di avviare le fasi di montaggio odi smontaggio della macchina, deve ottemperare alleprecauzioni di sicurezza previste per legge ed inparticolare a:

A) non operare in condizioni avverse;B) deve operare in perfette condizioni psicofisichee deve verificare che i dispositivi antinfortunisticiindividuali e personali, siano integri e perfettamentefunzionanti;C) deve indossare i guanti antiinfortunistici;D) deve indossare scarpe antiinfortunistiche;E) deve accertarsi che l’area interessata alle fasidi montaggio e di smontaggio sia libera da ostacoli.

5.2 CANNE FUMARIE E COMIGNOLI

La canna fumaria per lo scarico dei fumi deve essererealizzata in osservanza alle norme UNI 10683, EN1856-1-2, EN 1857, EN 1443, EN 13384-1-3, EN12391-1 sia per quanto riguarda le dimensioni cheper i materiali utilizzati per la sua costruzione.

• Le dimensioni della CANNA FUMARIA dovrannoessere conformi a quanto riportato nella schedaTecnica.È consigliabile l’uso di canne fumarie coibentate inrefrattario o in acciaio inox di sezione circolare, c o npareti interne a superficie liscia (Fig. 5.2.1). La sezionedella canna fumaria dovrà mantenersi costante pertutta la sua altezza. Si consiglia un’altezza minima di3,5÷4 m (vedi Fig. 5.2.2). È opportuno prevedere, sottol’imbocco del canale da fumo, una camera di raccoltaper materiali solidi ed eventuali condense. Lecaratteristiche della canna fumaria devono essereconformi a quanto prescritto dalle norme UNI 9615,9731 e UNI 10683.

Canne fumarie FATISCENTI, costruite con materialenon idoneo (fibrocemento, acciaio zincato, ecc... consuperficie interna ruvida e porosa) sono fuorilegge epregiudicano il buon funzionamento della stufa.

• Un PERFETTO TIRAGGIO è dato soprattutto da unacanna fumaria libera da ostacoli quali strozzature,percorsi orizzontali, spigoli; eventuali spostamenti diasse dovranno avere un percorso inclinato conangolazione max di 45° rispetto alla verticale, meglioancora se di soli 30°. Detti spostamenti vanno effettuatipreferibilmente in prossimità del comignolo.

• II RACCORDO FUMI tra stufa e canna fumaria dovràavere la stessa sezione dell’ uscita fumi della stufa.Eventuali tratti orizzontali non dovranno superare i 2metri e dovrà comunque esserci un dislivello di 8÷10

GB DBefore assembling or dismantling the machine, theinstaller must comply with the safety precautions asestablished by law. To be precise, he or she:

A) must not work in adverse conditions;

B) must be in perfect psychophysical condition to workand ensure that the individual and personal protectiondevices are sound and in good working order;

C) must wear proctective gloves;

D) must wear safety shoes;

E) must make sure that the area involved in theassembling/dismantlement operations is free fromobstacles.

5.2 FLUES AND CHIMNEY CAPS

The flue pipe for the discharge of smoke must becompliant with standards UNI 10683, EN 1856-1-2,EN 1857, EN 1443, EN 13384-1-3, EN 12391-1 bothin terms of size and materials used to construct it.

• The FLUE dimensions must comply with the indicatedin the technical data sheet. It is advisable to use fluesinsulated with a refractory material or stainless steelwith a circular cross section and smooth internal walls(Fig. 5.2.1). The flue cross-section should be keptconstant throughout its entire lenght. A minimum heightof 3.5÷4 m is recommended (see Fig.5.2.2). It isadvisable to install a chamber for the collection of solidmaterials and condensation under the smoke pipeoutlet. The flue’s features must conform with UNIstandards 9615, 9731 and 10683.

DETERIORATING flues made with unsuitablematerials, such as asbestos cement, galvanised steel,etc., with a rough or porous internal surface are illegaland can jeopardise the correct operation of theSABRINA-GILDA- IRENE-LINDA.

• A PERFECT DRAUGHT is primarly all the result of aflue that is clear of obstructions such as chokes,horizontal sections or corners; any axial displacementsshould have a maximum angle of 45° compared tothe vertical axis, (better still if it is only 30°). Thesedisplacements should preferably be effected near thechimney top.

• The SMOKE connection between the SABRINA-GILDA-IRENE-LINDA and flue should have the samecross section as the INSERTO 45 smoke outlet. Anyhorizontal sections must not exceed 2 meters in lenghtand there must be a height difference of 8÷10 cm inper metre, rising in the direction of the flue. A maximumof two 90° bends are permitted.

• The CHIMNEY TOP shall be the WINDPROOF type,with an internal cross section equivalent to that of theflue, and with a smoke outlet passage section at leastDOUBLE the internal one of the flue (Fig. 5.2.3).

• To avoid draught problems, each stove should haveits own independent flue. If there are more than oneflue on the roof, they should be situated at a distanceof at least 2 metres apart and the SABRINA, GILDA,IRENE, LINDA chimney top should be at least 40 cmABOVE the others (Fig. 5.2.2). If the chimney tops areto close together, install some partitions betweenthem.

Sollte die Tragfähigkeit des Fußbodens nichtausreichen, eine Platte zur Lastverteilung mitentsprechender Größe verwenden.

Die Maßnahmen zur Montage und zum Zerlegen desKaminofens dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

Es ist immer empfehlenswert, sich für die Anforderungvon qualifizierten Technikern an eine unsererKundendienststellen zu wenden.

Sollten andere Techniker eingreifen, sind derenFähigkeiten unbedingt sicherzustellen.

Der Installateur hat vor der Montage oder demZerlegen des Geräts alle gesetzlich vorgesehenenSicherheitsmaßnahmen und insbesondere dieFolgenden zu beachten:

A) Nicht bei ungünstigen Bedingungen vorgehen;

B) Unter einwandfreien psychophysischenBedingungen arbeiten und sicherstellen, dass dieindividuellen und persönlichenUnfallverhütungsvorrichtungen ganz sind undeinwandfrei funktionieren;

C) Schutzhandschuhe tragen;

D) Schutzschuhe tragen;

E) Sicherstellen, dass der für die Montage bzw. dasZerlegen nötige Bereich keine Hindernisse aufweist.

5.2 RAUCHFANG UND KAMIN

Der Rauchfang für die Ableitung der Rauchgase mussunter Beachtung der Normen UNI 10683, EN 1856-1-2, EN 1857, EN 1443, EN 13384-1-3, EN 12391-1angelegt werden, sowohl was seine Größe betrifft alsauch das für seinen Bau verwendete Material.

• Die Maße des RAUCHFANGS müssen den Angabendes technischen Datenblattes entsprechen. Es wirddie Verwendung von runden, isolierten Rauchfängenaus Schamotte oder Edelstahl, die an denInnenwänden eine glatte Oberfläche haben,empfohlen (Abb. 5.2.1). Der Durchmesser desRauchfangs muss über seine gesamte Länge gleichsein. Es wird eine Mindesthöhe von 3,5÷4 mempfohlen (siehe Abb.5.2.2). Es ist außerdemempfehlenswert, an der Mündung des Rauchkanalseine Kammer vorzusehen, in der Feststoffe undeventuelle Kondensflüssigkeit aufgefangen werden.Die Eigenschaften des Rauchfangs müssen den inden Normen UNI 9615, 9731 und UNI 10683genannten Auflagen entsprechen.

BAUFÄLLIGE Rohre aus ungeeignetem Material wieAsbestzement, verzinktem Stahl, Elemente ausvibrationsgewälztem Zement mit rauhen und porösenInnenflächen entsprechen nicht den geltendenGesetzen und beeinträchtigen den einwandfreienBetrieb des Ofens.

• Ein PERFEKTER RAUCHABZUG wird vor allem durcheinen von Hindernissen, wie z.B. Verstopfungen ,freien Rauchfang gewährleistet; eventuelle horizontaleVersetzungen sind so auszuführen, dass das Rohr in


ITcm per ogni metro, a salire in direzione della cannafumaria. Sono consentite al massimo due curve a 90°.

• II COMIGNOLO deve essere del tipo ANTIVENTOcon sezione interna equivalente a quella della cannafumaria e sezione di passaggio dei fumi in uscita almenoDOPPIA di quella interna della canna fumaria (Fig. 5.2.3).

• Per evitare inconvenienti nel tiraggio, ogni stufa dovràavere una propria canna fumaria indipendente. Nelcaso di presenza di più canne fumarie sul tetto èopportuno che le altre si trovino ad almeno 2 metri didistanza e che il comignolo della stufa SOVRASTI glialtri di almeno 40 cm (Fig.5.2.2). Se i comignolirisultano accostati prevedere dei setti divisori.

• In figura 5.2.4 (TETTO PIANO; B volume tecnico) e fig. 5.2.5(TETTO INCLINATO; B oltre il colmo) vengono visualizzati i datidella tabella delle prescrizioni UNI 10683 relative alle distanzee al posizionamento dei comignoli.

Qualora la canna fumaria che si vuole utilizzare perl’installazione fosse precedentemente collegata adaltre stufe o caminetti, è necessario provvedere aduna accurata pulizia per evitare anomali funzionamentie per scongiurare il pericolo di incendio degliincombusti depositati sulle pareti interne della cannafumaria. In condizioni di normale funzionamento lapulizia della canna fumaria deve essere effettuataalmeno una volta all’anno.

5.3 COLLEGAMENTO ALLA CANNA FUMARIA(FIG. 5.3)

La stufa va collegata alla canna fumaria mediantetubi in acciaio inox con spessore minimo di 2 mm.

L’uscita fumi della stufa ha un diametro di 150 mm edeve essere collegata ad una canna fumaria che abbiaun diametro almeno pari a:

• 150 mm o misura equivalente per una altezza dicanna fumaria pari o superiore a 4 m

• 200 mm o misura equivalente per una altezza minima di 3,5 m.

5.4 PREPARAZIONE DEL LUOGO DIINSTALLAZIONE DELLA STUFA

5.4.1 Limiti di spazio attorno alla stufa

Pareti adiacenti e piano di appoggio a pavimentodevono essere realizzate in materiale noncombustibile e non sensibile al calore; in casocontrario va prevista una idonea protezione inmateriale isolante e non combustibile.

Nel caso in cui il pavimento sia costruito con materialeinfiammabile, si consiglia di predisporre la posa di unapiastra in metallo dello spessore di 2-3 mm che sporgadi circa 70 cm anteriormente alla stufa (Fig. 5.4.1).

La stufa va inoltre mantenuta ad una distanza disicurezza minima di circa 20 cm dalle pareti circostanti.

Eventuali coperture in materiale combustibile posteal di sopra della stufa (ad esempio travi e soffitti inlegno) andranno schermate mediante diaframmi inmateriale isolante non combustibile.

Prevedere uno spazio tecnico accessibile pereventuali manutenzioni.

If the stove is installed with a flue that has alreadybeen used, clean it thoroughly in order to avoidmalfunctions and the risk of unburned parts depositedon the inside from catching fire.

Under normal conditions of use, the flueshould becleaned at least once a year.

5.3 CONNECTION TO THE FLUE (FIG.5.3)

The stove is to be connected to the flue with stainlesssteel pipes minimum 2 mm thick.

The smoke outlet of the stove is 150 mm in diameterand must be connected to a flue whose diameter mustbe at least:

• 150 mm or equivalent size for the height of the flueequivalent to or higher than 4 metres.

• 200 mm or equivalent size for a minimum height of3.5 m.

5.4 PREPARING THE PLACE OF INSTALLATION

5.4.1 Clearance around the stove

Adjacent walls and the floor it is going to stand onshould be in a non-combustible, non-heat sensitivematerial. To the contrary use appropriate protection ininsulating and non-combustible material.

If the floor is made of inflammable material beforepositioning the stove we suggest laying a 2-3 mmthick metal plate that juts out by at least 70 cm fromthe front of the stove (Fig. 5.4.1).

The stove should also be kept at a minimum safetydistance of approximately 20 cm from the surroundingwalls.

Any claddings in combustible material above the stove(for example beams and wooden ceilings) must bescreened by diaphragms in non-combustibleinsulating material.

Leave a space around the stove to gain access formaintenance purposes.

All combustible materials in the area of heat radiatedfrom the glass of the door must be placed at a distanceof at least 80 cm (Fig. 5.4.2).

5.4.2 Air for combustion

While it is operating, the stove uses a modest quantityof air taken from the room in which is it installed: thisair must be replaced by means of an air intake outsidethe room itself (Fig. 5.4.1; A external air intake).

The EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE is indispensable to ensurea suitable flow of COMBUSTION AIR, especially if doorsand windows are double-glazed and sealed.

If the wall behind the stove is an outside wall, make acomburent air inlet hole having a diameter of 12 cmas at a height from the floor of about 20-30 cm.

• Der RAUCHANSCHLUSS zwischen Ofen undRauchfang muss denselben Schnitt desRauchausgangs des Ofens aufweisen. Eventuellewaagerecht verlaufende Rohrabschnitte dürfen nichtlänger als 2 m sein und müssen in jedem Fall einenHöhenunterschied von 8÷10 cm pro Meter aufweisensowie in Richtung des Rauchfangs ansteigen. Es sindmaximal zwei Krümmungen von 90° zulässig.

• Der SCHORNSTEIN muss WINDFEST sein und innendenselben Schnitt des Rauchfangs aufweisen;derSchnitt des Rauchdurchgangs muss am Ausgangmindestens DOPPELT so groß sein, wie dasInnenmaß des Rauchfangs (Abb.5.2.3).

• Um unangenehmen Überraschungen vorzubeugen,muss jeder Ofen über einen eigenen unabhängigenRauchfang verfügen. Bei mehreren Rauchfängen aufdem Dach müssen sich die anderen mindestens in 2Meter Entfernung befinden und der Schornstein desOfens die anderen um mindestens 40 cmÜBERRAGEN (Abb. 5.2.2). Sollten die Schornsteine alledicht beieinander und auf gleicher Höhe liegen mussfür Trennwände gesorgt werden.

• In den Abbildungen 5.2.4 (EBENES DACH; BTechnisches Volumen) und 5.2.5 (GENEIGTES DACH;B Über den Dachfirst hinaus) sind die Tabellen derBestimmungen der UNI 10683bzgl.den Abständen undder Positionierung der Schornsteine angeführt.Sollte der Ofen an einen bereits verwendetenRauchfang angeschlossen werden, ist diesergründlich zu reinigen, um Betriebsstörungen undBrandgefahr zu vermeiden, die auf Grund der an denInnenflächen des Rauchfangs abgelagerten,unverbrannten Rückständen entstehen können. Eswird empfohlen, die Reinigung bei einem normalenBetrieb mindestens einmal pro Jahr durchzuführen.

5.3 VERBINDUNG MIT DEM RAUCHFANG (FIG. 5.3)

Der Ofen wird mit Hilfe von mindestens 2 mm starkenEdelstahlrohren an den Rauchfang angeschlossen.

Der Rauchausgang des Kachelofens hat einenDurchmesser von 150 mm und muss an einenRauchfang angeschlossen werden, der mindestensfolgende Maße aufweist:

• 150 mm oder eine gleichwertige Oberfläche für eineHöhe des Rauchfangs von 4 oder mehr Metern.

• 200 mm oder ein gleichwertiges Maß für eineMindesthöhe von 3,5 m.

5.4 VORBEREITUNG DES INSTALLATIONSORTS

5.4.1 Platzbegrenzungen um den Heizofen

Nebenliegende Wände und Stellfläche müssen ausfeuerfestem und wärmebeständigem Material sein;andernfalls muss für angemesseneSchutzvorrichtungen aus feuerfestem Isoliermaterialgesorgt werden.

Bevor der Ofen in seine endgültige Position gestelltwird, bei nicht feuerfestem Bodenbelag eine 2-3 mm

5.4.2 Aria comburente

La stufa, durante il suo funzionamento, preleva unaquantità di aria (se pur modesta) dall’ambiente in cuiè collocata; quest’aria dovrà essere reintegrataattraverso una presa d’aria esterna al locale stesso(Fig. 5.4.1; A presa d’aria esterna).

La PRESA D’ARIA ESTERNA è indispensabile perassicurare un adeguato afflusso di ARIA diCOMBUSTIONE soprattutto se vi sono serramenti convetri doppi e guarnizioni.

Se la parete che si trova dietro alla stufa è una pareteperimetrale, realizzare un foro di diametro12 cm per l’aspirazione dell’aria comburente ad unaaltezza dal suolo di circa 20-30 cm.

In presenza di più focolari nello stesso ambiente siraccomanda di incrementare la sezione della presad’aria esterna in dotazione ad ogni apparecchiatura,per evitare fenomeni di depressione d’aria conconseguente fuoriuscita di fumo.

Il foro, esternamente, deve essere protetto da unagriglia di aerazione permanente; tale da non consentireil passaggio di insetti e piccoli animali; in zoneparticolarmente ventose ed esposte alle intemperie,prevedere una protezione antipioggia ed antivento.

Nel caso in cui la parete che si trova dietro alla stufanon fosse un muro perimetrale, il foro dovrà essererealizzato su una parete del locale di installazione dellastufa che dia all’esterno.

Se nessuna delle pareti del locale di installazione èmuro perimetrale, è possibile realizzare il foro dicollegamento con l’esterno in un locale adiacentepurché comunicante in maniera permanente i localidi installazione mediante una griglia di transito.

La normativa UNI 10683 vieta il prelievo di ariacomburente da garage, magazzini di materialecombustibile o ad attività con pericolo di incendio.

Il foro di presa d’aria esterna comburente non deveessere collegato alla stufa mediante tubazione.

Qualora nel locale ci siano altri apparecchi diriscaldamento le prese dell’aria comburente devonogarantire il volume necessario di aria al correttofunzionamento di tutti i dispositivi.

The hole must be protected, on the outside with apermanent ventilation grille suitable to prevent insectsand small animals from entering. In particularly windyareas that are exposed to bad weather it is advisableto install a rain and wind guard.

The external intake hole for combustion air mustnot be connected to the stove with a pipe.

If there are other heating appliances in the sameroom, the combustion air intakes must be able toguarantee the necessary volume of air to ensurecorrect operation of all the devices.

Alle brennbaren Stoffe, die sich im Bereich derWärmestrahlung des Türglases befinden, müssenin einem Mindestabstand von 80 cm von demselbenuntergebracht werden (Abb. 5.4.2).

5.4.2 Verbrennungsluft

Der Kaminofen entnimmt dem Aufstellungsraumwährend seines Betriebs eine geringe Luftmenge;diese Luft muss über eine Luftzufuhr von außen zumRaum hin wieder zugeführt werden (Abb. 5.4.1, ALuftzufuhr von außen).

Die LUFTZUFUHR VON AUSSEN ist zurGewährleistung des Zuflusses derVERBRENNUNGSLUFT unbedingt und insbesonderebei doppelten Fensterscheiben und Dichtungen nötig.

Sollte die Wand hinter dem Kaminofen eineAußenwand sein, daran ein Loch mit 12 cmDurchmesser für die Ansaugung der Verbrennungsluftauf einer Höhe vom Fußboden von ca. 20-30 cmbohren.

Sollten im gleichen Raum mehrere Feuerstättenvorhanden sein, ist der Querschnitt der Außenluftzufuhrfür jedes Gerät zu vergrößern, um eine Unterdruckbildungund das Austreten von Rauch zu vermeiden.

Das Loch muss außen mit einem fix angebrachtenSchutzgitter abgedeckt werden, um den Durchgangfür Insekten und kleine Tiere zu versperren; inbesonders windigen und der Witterung ausgesetztenBereichen ist ein Regen- und Windschutz vorzusehen.

Sollte die Wand hinter dem Kaminofen keineAußenwand sein, ist das Loch an einer Außenwanddes Installationsraums zu bohren.

Sollte keine der Wände des Installationsraums eineAußenmauer sein, kann das Loch in einemangrenzenden Raum gebohrt werden, wobei derLuftaustausch zwischen den beiden Räumen jedochdurch die Installation eines Lüftungsgitters ständiggewährt werden muss.

Die UNI-Norm 10683 untersagt die Frischluftzufuhraus Garagen, Brennstoff-Lagerräumen oderRäumen in denen feuergefährliche Aktivitätenausgeführt werden.

Die Öffnung zur Verbrennungsluftzufuhr darf nichtmittels Rohrleitung an den Heizofen angeschlossenwerden.

Sollten im gleichen Raum noch weitere Heizgerätevorhanden sein, müssen die Lüftungsöffnungen fürdie Zufuhr der Verbrennungsluft das für denkorrekten Betrieb aller Geräte notwendige Volumengewährleisten.

IT6 INSTALLAZIONE

6.1 COPERCHIO SUPERIORE

Accertarsi che risulti ben incastrato sulla strutturasottostante.

Nella STUFA GILDA il coperchio tiene in sede la lamieramicroforata posteriore, la quale è semplicementeappoggiata al telaio ed infilata inferiormente entro laghiera perimetrale del basamento. Sopra il coperchioe attorno all’uscita fumi vi è un collare in maiolica.

Si potrà poi procedere al collegamento fumariodirettamente dal bocchettone fumi lasciato libero dalcoperchio.

6.2 DEFLETTORE FUMI

La stufa viene fornita con il deflettore fumi giàinstallato.

Si consiglia comunque di eseguire le operazioni dismontaggio e rimontaggio del deflettore almeno unavolta prima dell’accensione della stufa in modo dafamiliarizzare con le azioni da porre in essere in fasedi pulizia annuale e contemporaneamente verificareche il deflettore in ghisa sia posizionato in manieracorretta.

è posizionato all’interno del focolare, nella sua partesuperiore (Fig. 6.2)

smontaggio:

• spingere il deflettore leggermente verso l’altofacendolo contemporaneamente ruotare versol’interno del focolare in modo da liberarlodall’appoggio (F) (sporgenza della ghisa posteriore);

• tenendolo all’incirca parallelo alla parete di fondo,accompagnarlo verso il basso per permettere lasuccessiva rotazione verso fuori senza essereostacolati dai supporti visibili sui due fianchi delfocolare (S);

• ruotarlo verso l’esterno ed estrarlo dal focolare.

montaggio:

è sufficiente ripetere la precedente sequenza dioperazioni in ordine inverso facendo attenzione che ildeflettore poggi, nell’ordine, sulla sporgenza dellaghisa di fondo e poi sui supporti laterali come indicatoin figura 6.2.

6.3 CRISTALLO ORNAMENTALE STUFASABRINA (FIG. 6.3)

Il cristallo ornamentale (se previsto) viene consegnatoin un imballo separato, completo di tre supporti e dellerelative viti di fissaggio.

Per il montaggio procedere come segue:

• allineare i supporti ai fori presenti sul profilo postoinferiormente alla portina;

• avvitare e serrare le viti dall’interno della struttura;

• una volta fissati i 3 supporti appoggiarvi il cristallo.

6.1 TOP COVER

Make sure that it is properly fitted on the structure.Thetop cover of the GILDA STOVE keeps the rearperforated sheet in place which only rests on theframe, pressed at the bottom into the base’s perimeterring nut. A majolica collar is on the top of the cover andaround the smoke outlet.

The flue can then be connected directly to the smokeoutlet, free from the top cover.

6.2 SMOKE DEFLECTOR

The stove is supplied with the smoke deflector alreadyinstalled.

Nevertheless we suggest you remove it and put it backat least once before lighting the stove so you get toknow what needs doing for the annual cleaning joband at the same time you can check that the cast irondeflector is positioned properly.

• gently push the deflector upwards, simultaneouslyturning it towards the inside of the fireplace to free itfrom its rest (F) (protuberance of rear cast iron);

• holding it roughly parallel to the rear wall, accompanyit down so it can turn outwards, free from the supportson both sides of the fireplace (S);

• turn it towards the outside and pull it out from hearth.

Simply repeat the previous sequence of operations inthe reverse order making sure that the deflector restson the rear cast iron protuberance and then on theside supports as shown in figure 6.2.

6.3 ORNAMENTAL GLASS (SABRINA STOVE)(FIG. 6.3)

The decorative glass (if envisaged) is delivered in aseparate pack, complete with three supports and theirfastening screws.

To assemble proceed as follows:

• align the supports with the holes on the profile belowthe door.

• screw and tighten the screws inside the structure

• once the 3 supports have been fastened rest theglass on them.

6.4 INSTALLATION OF CERAMICS (GILDA STOVE)

1)Remove the top (A) of the stove (fig. 6.4.1)

2)Remove the screws (V) and the support (S) (fig.6.4.2)

3)Lean the relevant side (it is marked inside) on thebase (fig. 6.4.3)

4) Insert the support on the special holes (fig. 6.4.4)

6 INSTALLATION

6.1 OBERE ABDECKUNG

Sicherstellen, dass diese einwandfrei in diedarunterliegende Struktur eingerastet ist.

Beim OFEN GILDA hält die Abdeckung das rückwärtigeLochblech fest, das einfach am Rahmen aufgesetztund unten in den Unterbau eingesteckt ist. Über derAbdeckung und um den Rauchausgang ist einKachelstutzen angebracht.

Nun kann man dann den Rauchanschluss direkt vomRauchstutzen aus durchführen, der jetzt frei liegt

6.2 RAUCHBLENDE

Der Ofen wird mit bereits installierter Rauchblendegeliefert.

Es ist jedoch in jedem Fall ratsam, die Rauchblendevor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch des Ofensabzumontieren und erneut zu installieren, um sich mitder Vorgehensweise vertraut zu machen, die dann beider jährlichen Reinigung zur Anwendung kommt undauch, um zu überprüfen, dass die gusseiserneRauchblende korrekt positioniert wurde.

Gusseiserne Rauchblende

Diese ist innerhalb der Feuerstelle, in deren oberenBereich positioniert (Abb. 6.2)

demontage:

• Die Rauchblende leicht nach oben drücken und dabeigleichzeitig nach innen zur Feuerstelle hin drehen, sodass sie aus der Halterung F heraus gleitet (Überhangdes hinteren Gusseisenelements)

• Die Rauchblende ungefähr parallel zum Boden haltenund in der Bewegung nach unten begleiten, um sodie nachfolgende Drehung nach außen zuermöglichen, ohne dabei von den an den beidenSeitenwänden der Feuerstelle (S) sichtbarenHalterungen behindert zu werden.

• Die Rauchblende nach außen drehen und aus derFeuerstelle herausziehen.

Montage:

Hierzu einfach die zuvor geschilderte Vorgehensweise,allerdings in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, wiederholenund dabei darauf achten, dass die Rauchblendezunächst auf der Gusseisenleiste am Boden und dannauf den seitlichen Halterungen aufliegt (siehe Abb. 6.2).

6.3 ZIERGLAS (OFEN SABRINA) (ABB. 6.3)

Das Zierglas wird, wo vorgesehen, mit den dreiHalterungen und den erforderlichenBefestigungsschrauben in einer s e p a r a t e nVerpackung geliefert.

Montage des Zierglases:

• Die Halterungen auf gleiche Höhe mit den auf demProfil, das sich unter der Tür befindet, vorhandenenÖffnungen bringen.

• Die Befestigungsschrauben von innen anbringenund festziehen

• Nach Befestigung der 3 Halterungen das Zierglas auflegen.

IT7 MESSA IN SERVIZIO ED USO DELLASTUFA

7.1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA RIVOLTAALL’UTILIZZATORE

7.1.1 Prima accensione

Le prime accensioni devono essere effettuate a fuocomoderato.

• Eventuali sgradevoli odori o fumi sono causatidall’evaporazione o dall’essiccamento di alcunimateriali utilizzati. Tale fenomeno tenderà a protrarsiper qualche giorno fino a svanire.

• Procedere come segue: immettere nel focolare dellacarta appallottolata, coprire la carta con una piccolaquantità di ramoscelli o quache pezzo di legno sottilee ben stagionato in modo che sviluppi il più possibilela fiamma.

• Aprire al massimo il registro dell’aria comburente(Fig.7.1: A-CHIUSO, B-APERTO).

L’accensione della stufa, quando il focolare è freddo,può essere effettuata con la portina accostata alla sededi battuta ma non chiusa, per facilitare l’evaporazionedella condensa che si viene a formare sul vetro. Acombustione avviata la portina andrà tenuta chiusa.

• Accendere la carta e mano a mano che il fuocoprocede aggiungere legna per circa la metà delquantitativo consigliato (vedi tabella carica legna).Appena le fiamme si saranno smorzate e avrannoformato un buon letto di braci, caricare il focolare conun normale quantitativo di legna.

Per accendere il fuoco non usare mai alcool, benzina,kerosene o altri combustibili liquidi. Tenere gli stessilontano dal fuoco.Non usare zollette accendi-fuoco derivate dal petrolioo di origine chimica: possono arrecare gravi dannialle pareti del focolare.Utilizzare esclusivamente zollette accendi-fuoco di tipoecologico.

Non toccare le parti verniciate durante le primeaccensioni per evitare danneggiamenti allaverniciatura.

7.1.2 Tipo di combustibile

La stufa va alimentata preferibilmente con legna difaggio/betulla ben stagionata oppure con brichette dilegno. Ciascun tipo di legna possiede caratteristichediverse che influenzano anche il rendimento dellacombustione.

L’uso delle conifere (pino-abete) è sconsigliato:contengono elevate quantità di sostanze resinose cheintasano velocemente la canna fumaria.

Non possono essere bruciati: cascami di corteccia,legna trattata con vernici, pannelli, carbone, materialiplastici; in questi casi decade la garanziadell’apparecchio.

IMPORTANTE: l’uso continuo e prolungato di legnaparticolarmente ricca di olii aromatici (es. eucalipto,mirto, ecc.) provoca il deterioramento repentino deicomponenti in ghisa che compongono il prodotto.La resa nominale in kW della stufa dichiarata, si

7.1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE FOR THE USER

7.1.1 Lighting the stove for the first time

When lighting the stove the first few times the flameshould be kept low.

• N.B. If there are any unpleasant smells or fumesthey are caused by the evaporation or drying of someof the materials used. This phenomenon will last forseveral fire lightings but will then disappear.

• Proceed as follows: place rolled up balls of paper inthe hearth, cover the paper with a small amount of twigsor fine pieces of old wood so that the fire takes nicely.

• Open the comburent air grid completely. (Fig. 7.1: A-CLOSED, B-OPEN) When the fireplace is cold, stovelighting can be done with the door left ajar to encouragecondensation evaporation which forms on the glass. Oncecombustion is underway the door is to be kept closed.

• Light the paper and as the fire builds up add woodfor approximately half the recommended quantity (seewood load table). As soon as the flames die downleaving a bed of ashes, load the fireplace with anormal amount of wood.

Never use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other liquidfuels to light the fire. Keep these substances far fromfire. Do not use oil or chemical-based fire lighting aidsas these can cause serious damage to the hearthwalls. Only use ecological fire lighting aids.

Do not touch the painted parts during first lightings soas to avoid damage to the paint finish.

7.1.2 Type of fuel

The stove is to be fed preferably with mature beech orbirch wood or with lignite briquettes.Each type of wood has different characteristics thatalso influence combustion yield.

Use of pinewood (pine, fir) is not recommended as itcontains high quantities of resin substances thatquickly clog the flue.

It is forbidden to burn: pieces of bark, wood treatedwith varnish, pressed wood panels, coal, plasticmaterials; in this case, the guarantee on the applianceis no more valid.

IMPORTANT: the continuous and prolonged burningof wood types rich of aromatic oils (e.g. eucalyptus,myrth, etc.) will cause the rapid corrosion of the castiron parts of the appliance.The declared nominal yield of the chimney is obtainedby burning the right quantity of wood, making sure notto overload the combustion chamber. The ideal lengthof the wood is provided by the length of the log holder.The suggested quantity of wood is shown in the tablein paragraph 10.

7.1.3 Controlling combustion

7 INBETRIEBNAHME UND GEBRAUCHDES HEIZOFENS

7.1 REGELMÄSSIGE INSTANDHALTUNG - FÜR DENBENUTZER

7.1.1 Erste Zündungen

Die ersten Zündungen sollten bei mäßiger Flammeerfolgen.

• Das eventuelle Entstehen von schlechten Gerüchenoder die Bildung von Rauch werden durch dasVerdampfen bzw. Trocknen einiger verwendeterMaterialien verursacht. Das kann bei den ersten Malengeschehen, wenn der Ofen benutzt wird, und hört dannmit der Zeit ganz auf.

• Wie folgt vorgehen: zusammengeknülltes Papier in dieFeuerstelle legen und dieses mit einer kleinen MengeZweigen oder dünnen und gut trockenen Holzstückenabdecken, um eine starke Flamme zu erzeugen.

•Den Luftzufuhrhahn ganz öffnen (Abb. 7.1 A-GESCHLOSSEN, B-OFFEN). Das Anzünden desOfens kann bei kalter Feuerstelle, mit an den Anschlagangelehnter Tür durchgeführt werden, jedoch nicht beigeschlossener Tür, um die Verdunstung desKondenswassers, dass sich auf dem Glas bildet, zubegünstigen. Bei gut brennendem Feuer die Tür danngeschlossen halten.

• Das Papier entzünden und nach und nach, je stärkerdas Feuer brennt, Holz zulegen (bis die Hälfte derempfohlenen Menge erreicht ist – siehe Tabelle für zuverwendende Holzmengen). Sobald das Feuernachlässt und sich eine gute Glut entwickelt hat, dieFeuerstelle mit einer normalen Menge Holz füllen.

Zum Entzünden des Feuers niemals Alkohol, Benzin,Kerosen oder andere flüssige Brennstoffe verwenden.Diese Stoffe sind fern von offenen Flammenaufzubewahren.Zum Anzünden des Feuers sollten nie Zündstoffeverwendet werden, die aus Petroleumprodukten oderchemischen Stoffen hergestellt sind, da dieseKorrosion und Verformungen bei den gusseisernenTeilen des Ofens hervorrufen könnten. Verwenden Siealso nur umweltfreundliche Naturprodukte.

Während der ersten Anzündungen, dürfen dielackierten Teile nicht berührt werden, um den Lacknicht zu beschädigen.

7.1.2 Brennstoffe

Der Ofen sollte vorzugsweise mit gut getrocknetemBuchen- bzw. Birkenholz oder aber mitBraunkohlebriketts betrieben werden.Jedes Holz weist individuelle Eigenschaften auf , d.h.jede Holzart wirkt sich unterschiedlich auf dieBrennleistungaus.Von der Verwendung von Koniferen (Fichte, Tanne) istabzuraten: sie enthalten eine grosse Mengeharzhaltiger Substanzen, die in kurzer Zeit denRauchfang verschmutzen.

Es ist verboten folgende Materialien zu verbrennen:Rinde, Holz mit Lackbeschichtung, Paneele ausgepresstem Holz, Kohle, Kunststoff. In diesem Fall,entfällt die Garantie.

ITottiene bruciando una corretta quantità di legna,facendo attenzione a non sovraccaricare la camera dicombustione. La lunghezza ideale della legna è datadalla lunghezza del portaceppi.La quantità di legna consigliata è indicata nella tabelladel paragrafo 10.

7.1.3 Controllo della combustione

La stufa è dotata di un sistema innovativo con doppiacombustione:PRIMARIA e SECONDARIA per ridurre le emissioniinquinanti in atmosfera con conseguente MAGGIORERENDIMENTO TERMICO.La COMBUSTIONE PRIMARIA avviene immettendo nelbraciere, attraverso delle feritoie, aria che vieneregolata dalla levetta metallica posizionata al di sottodella portina in corrispondenza del suo angoloinferiore sinistro (Fig. 7.1):• Spostando la levetta verso DESTRA, si ottiene unacombustione più rapida;• Spostando la levetta verso SINISTRA la combustionesarà più lenta.

Più la stufa è avviata maggiore sarà la fiamma.

Alla prima accensione della giornata, o in presenza dilegna umida, è consigliabile aprire completamentel’aria primaria del braciere. A fuoco avviato saràopportuno regolare l’aria in base alle esigenze dicalore o in funzione di quanto si vuol far durare lacarica della legna.La COMBUSTIONE SECONDARIA, presente sullastufa, si ottiene immettendo nel focolare ariapreriscaldata attraverso i fori posti sulla partesuperiore della parete di fondo. Entrando nel focolarel’O

2 (ossigeno) contenuto nell’aria incendia i gas

incombusti e in particolare il CO (monossido dicarbonio) formatosi durante la combustione primaria,trasformandolo in CO

2 (anidride carbonica). L’effetto

è ben visibile per la formazione di un tappeto di fiammain corrispondenza dei fori di immissione dell’ariasecondaria.

7.1.4 Regolazione della VDF

La stufa esce dalla fabbrica con la regolazione dellaValvola dei Fumi pretarata. Può essere tuttavianecessario, qualora l’apparecchiatura venga installatain situazioni dove il tiraggio è insufficiente, regolare laposizione di chiusura della valvola in modo daconsentire un maggior flusso dei fumi in uscita.

Per fare questo sarà sufficiente togliere il coperchiosuperiore della stufa, svitando la vite V (Fig. 7.1.4),regolando quindi la farfalla fino all’inclinazionedesiderata, serrando infine la vite nuovamente.

Eventuali malfunzionamenti del meccanismo diapertura automatica della VDF dovranno essereverificati dopo aver rimosso il rivestimentoeseguendo, per la STUFA SABRINA, IRENE leoperazioni descritte al punto 7.1.5, per la STUFA GILDAle operazione descritte al punto 6.4.

PRIMARY COMBUSTION occurs by letting air into thebrazier through the slits, adjusted by a metal leverpositioned below the door in the lower left-hand corner(Fig. 7.1 A CLOSED - B OPEN):

• By moving the lever RIGHT, combustion is quicker;

• By moving the lever LEFT combustion is slower.

The longer the stove has been going the stronger theflame will be.

When lighting the stove for the first time in the day, orwith damp wood, the primary air of brazier should beopened completely. Once the fire is going it is advisableto adjust the air depending on how much heat isrequired or how long you want the load of firewood tolast.

The stove features SECONDARY COMBUSTIONwhich is obtained by emitting preheated air into thehearth through the holes at the top of the back panel.As it enters the hearth the O2 (oxygen) contained inthe air lights the unburned gasses, in particular CO(carbon monoxide) which formed during primarycombustion, transforming it into carbon d i o x i d e(CO2). The effect is easy to see by the formation of abed of flames around the holes where the secondaryair is let in.

7.1.4 Adjusting the VDF

The STOVE leaves the factory with the smoke valve(VDF) already calibrated. However, it may be necessaryto adjust the valve’s closing position in order to ensurea greater outflow of smoke if the equipment is installedin situations where draught is insufficient.

To do this, simply remove the top cover from the stove,unscrewing the V screw (Fig. 7.1.4), then adjust thebutterfly valve to the desired setting and then tightenthe screw again.

Any malfunction of the VDF’s automatic openingmechanism must be checked after removing the coverproceeding as described in point 7.1.5 for the SABRINA,IRENE STOVE and point 6.4 for the GILDA STOVE.

The stove LINDA, AMELIA is not equipped with thesmoke exhaust valve, therefore a outlet pipe withregister shall be used.

WICHTIG: die durchgehende und verlängerteVerbrennung von Holzsorten mit aromatischemÖlinhalt (z. B. Eukalyptus, Myrthe, usw.) wird dieschnelle Beschädigung der Gussteilen des Gerätsverursachen.

Die empfohlene Holzmenge ist in der Tabelle desAbschnittes 10 aufgeführt.

7.1.3 Kontrolle der Verbrennug

Der OFEN ist mit einem neuartigen System derdoppelten Verbrennung ausgestattet:

Durch die PRIMÄRE und SEKUNDÄRE Verbrennungwerden die für die Umwelt schädlichen Emissionenreduziert und man erhält eine BESSEREHEIZLEISTUNG.

Die PRIMÄRE VERBRENNUNG erfolgt durch Zufuhr vonLuft durch die Gitter in die Feuerstelle, die dann durchden unten links unter der Tür angebrachten Metallhebelreguliert wird (Abb.7.1 A GESCHLOSSEN - B OFFEN):

• Schiebt man diesen Hebel nach RECHTS erhält maneine schnellere Verbrennung;

• Schiebt man diesen Hebel nach LINKS erhält maneine langsamere Verbrennung

Je länger der Ofen betrieben wird, umso stärker istdie Flamme.

Bei der ersten Zündung des Tages oder bei feuchtemHolz ist es ratsam, die Primärluftzufuhr der Feuerstelleganz zu öffnen. Bei gut brennendem Feuer ist esempfehlenswert, die Luft je nach der gewünschtenWärmeleistung oder je nach gewünschter Dauer derHolzladung zu regulieren.

Die bei dem Modell vorgesehene SEKUNDÄREVERBRENNUNG erhält man durch Zufuhr vonvorgeheizter Luft durch die auf der oberen Seite derBodenplatte des Ofens befindlichen Öffnungen in dieFeuerstelle. Sauerstoff entzündet durch seinen Eintrittin die Feuerstelle das nicht verbrannte Gas(Kohlenmonoxid), das sich während der primärenVerbrennung gebildet hat, und wandelt dieses inKohlensäure (CO2) um. Die Wirkung ist an den sichum die Öffnungen der Sekundärluft bildendenFlammenbett gut sichtbar.

7.1.4 Einstellung des VDF

Das Rauchreglerventil (VDF) des Ofens wird bereitsim Herstellerwerk eingestellt. Es könnte sich jedochtrotzdem eine Nachregulierung des Ventils alserforderlich erweisen, wenn der Ofen so installiertwird, dass ein nur mäßiger Rauchabzug erfolgt; dasVentil so einstellen, dass eine größere Menge Rauchabziehen kann.Hierzu einfach durch Lösen der Schraube V (Abb.7.1.4) die obere Abdeckung vom Ofen entfernen, dasRauchreglerventil bis zur gewünschten Position neueinstellen und die Schraube dann erneut festziehen.

Eventuelle Betriebsstörungen am automatischen


ITLa stufa LINDA, AMELIA non è provvista della Valvoladei Fumi, si deve quindi prevedere l’utilizzo di un tubouscita fumi dotato di valvola di regolazione.

7.1.5 Smontaggio del rivestimento

La stufa viene consegnata già montata, diconseguenza le indicazioni che seguono saranno utilisolo qualora si rendessero necessarie operazioni dimanutenzione al meccanismo di apertura automaticadella Valvola dei Fumi .

Il rivestimento esterno della stufa (Fig. 7.1.5)costituisce un unico pezzo che si fissa alla strutturametallica dell’apparecchiatura mediante due staffe Sposte a sinistra e a destra sulla parte superiore delcorpo in ghisa.

Per smontare il rivestimento sarà sufficienterimuovere i 4 dadi D che lo uniscono alle staffe,sfilando quindi l’intera struttura dal di sopra.

Per rimontare il tutto sarà sufficiente ripeterel’operazione al contrario, avendo cura di incastrare labase del rivestimento alla base della struttura metallicadella stufa.

7.1.6 Come usare la portina

L’apertura si ottiene sollevando la maniglia eruotandola all’infuori. Durante il funzionamento dellastufa la portina va tenuta chiusa.

La portina è in vetro ceramico resistente a sbalzi termicifino a 800°C però è fragile perciò evitate di sottoporlaa stress meccanici (urti ecc...).

Quando il fuoco è acceso la portina raggiungetemperature elevate.

In fase di carica di legna nel focolare l’apertura dellaportina va eseguita in due fasi, dapprima lentamentee parzialmente (3-4 cm), per permettere ai fumi delfocolare di essere aspirati dalla canna fumaria; poicompletamente, evitando così fuoriuscite di fumo inambiente.

7.1.7 Regolazione della maniglia (Fig. 7.1.7)

La maniglia della portina è regolata già dalla fabbricaper una chiusura ottimale. Dopo alcune settimane diutilizzo, in seguito al normale assestamento delleguarnizioni di tenuta, può rendersi necessaria unaregolazione della maniglia per ottenere una perfettachiusura della portina.

Si dovrà agire in questo modo:

• Allentare la vite di fissaggio (A);

• Agire sul perno di rotazione della maniglia (C). Il pernoè costituito da due porzioni disassate tra loro.Agendo sul perno lo si sposta in avanti o all’indietrorispetto alla portina. In questo modo vienecompensato il lasco causato dall’assestamento delleguarnizioni.

• Una volta ottenuta una giusta regolazione del perno,riavvitare saldamente la vite (A);

• Agendo sulla vite (B) potremo regolare la tensionedella maniglia rendendo più o meno facile la suarotazione sul perno.

The stove is delivered already assembled.Therefore, the following indications will only be usefulif maintenance of the VDF’s automatic openingmechanism is necessary.

The stove’s outer cladding (Fig. 7.1.5) is in one piecefastened to the metal structure of the stove by two Sbrackets on the left and right at the top of the cast iron.

To take the cladding off, remove the 4 D nutsconnecting it to the brackets and then pull the wholestructure out from the top. To re-assemble the structuresimply repeat the above procedure in reverse, makingsure you fit the base of the cladding to the stove’smetal structure.

7.1.6 How to use the door

To open the door grip the handle and turn it outwards.The door must be kept closed when the stove is lit.

The door is in pyroceram and is resistant to suddentemperature changes of up to 800°C. However, it isfragile and therefore should not be subject tomechanical stress (knocks etc...).

When the fire is lit the door reaches high temperatures.

When loading wood in the hearth, the door must beopened in two stages, first slowly and partially (3-4cm) to let the smoke be taken up the flue and thencompletely which prevents smoke coming into theroom.

7.1.7 Adjusting the handle (Fig. 7.1.7)

The door handle is already factory-set for optimalclosing.

After a few weeks of use, further to normal re-alignmentof the sealing gaskets, it may be necessary to adjustthe handle to obtain perfect closing of the door.

Proceed as follows:

• Loosen the fastening screw (A)

• Act on the handle rotating pivot (C). The pivot consistsof two misaligned sections. By acting on the pivot itcan be moved forward or backward in relation to thedoor. In this way the slack caused by the settling of thegaskets is offset.

• Once the pivot has been properly adjusted, fastenthe screw tightly (A)

• By turning the screw (B) we can adjust handle tensionmaking rotation on the pivot easier or more difficult.

Öffnungsmechanismus des Rauchreglerventils VDFmüssen nach Entfernen der Verkleidung überprüftwerden - für den OFEN SABRINA, GILDA, IRENE siehePunkt 7.1.5, für den OFEN GILDA siehe Punkt 6.4.Der Ofen LINDA, AMELIA wird ohne Abgasklappegeliefert, und daher ist es erforderlich, Abgasleitungenmit Abgasregister zu benutzen.

7.1.5 Demontage der Verkleidung

Der Ofen wird bereits montiert geliefert, d.h. dienachfolgenden Anweisungen dienen ausschließlichals Hilfe im Falle von Wartungsarbeiten amautomatischen Öffnungsmechanismus desRauchreglerventils (VDF).Die Außenverkleidung des Ofens (Abb. 7.1.5) bestehtaus einem einzigen Stück, das mit Hilfe von zweiBügeln S, die sich jeweils rechts und links oben amGusseisenelement befinden, an der Metallstrukturdes Ofens befestigt wird.Zum Abmontieren dieser Außenverkleidung einfachdie 4 Schraubenmuttern D lösen, die diese mit denBügeln vereinigt, um dann die ganze Struktur nachoben hin zu entfernen.Zur erneuten Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolgevorgehen, und dabei darauf achten, dass die Basis derVerkleidung in die metallene Struktur des Ofens einrastet.

7.1.6 Handhabung der Tür

Man öffnet die Tür durch Anheben und nach außenDrehen des Griffs. Die Tür, während der Ofen in Betriebist, geschlossen halten.Die Tür besteht aus bis zu 800°C hitzebeständigemKeramikglas, das jedoch leicht zerbrechlich ist unddemzufolge vor Schlägen und ähnlichem bewahrtwerden sollte.Bei brennendem Feuer erreicht diese Tür sehr hoheTemperaturen.Beim Einschichten von Holz die Tür in zwei Phasenöffnen: zuerst langsam und teilweise (ca. 3-4 cm),damit der Rauch von der Feuerstelle in den Rauchfanggesogen werden kann und dann ganz, damit keinRauch nicht in die Umgebung entweicht.

7.1.7 Regulierung des griffes (Abb. 7.1.7)

Der Türgriff wurde bereits im Werk so montiert, dassein optimaler Verschluss gewährleistet ist.Nachdem Sie den Ofen einige Wochen lang benutzthaben, muss der Griff nach einem normalen Setztender Dichtung eventuell neu eingestellt werden, damitdie Tür wieder perfekt schließt.Hierzu wie folgt vorgehen:• die Befestigungsschrauben lösen (A)• Auf den Rotationsbolzen des Griffs drücken (C).Dieser Bolzen besteht aus zwei voneinanderunabhängigen Einheiten. Drückt man auf den Bolzen,verschiebt sich dieser im Vergleich zur Tür nach vorneoder nach hinten und die durch das setzten derDichtungen verursachte Verschiebung ausgeglichen.• nach dem korrekten Einstellen des Bolzens nichtvergessen, die Schraube wieder festzuziehen (A).• Durch Verstellen der schraube (B) kann dieGriffspannung reguliert werden, d.h. das Drehen aufdem Bolzen wird erleichtert bzw. erschwert.


IT8 MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA

8.1 PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione dimanutenzione adottare le seguenti precauzioni:

A) Assicurarsi che tutte le parti della stufa siano fredde.

B) Accertarsi che le ceneri siano completamentespente.

C) Utilizzare i dispositivi di protezione individualeprevisti dalla direttiva 89/391/CEE.

D) Operare sempre con attrezzature appropriate perla manutenzione.

8.2 SCARICO DELLA CENERE

Il cassetto cenere che si trova al di sotto del focolare(Fig. 8.2) deve essere assolutamente svuotato nonappena la cenere raggiunge il colmo, poichépotrebbe causare surriscaldamenti della griglia inghisa del focolare e inibire il passaggio di aria alfocolare.

Per accedere al cassetto è necessario aprire la portina.

Si consiglia comunque un frequente svuotamento delcassetto per favorire una regolare immissione di ariacomburente nel focolare. È opportuno effettuare loscarico a stufa fredda, ad esempio ogni mattina primadell’accensione.

8.3 PULIZIA DEL VETRO

Per pulire la superficie interna del vetro è necessarioaprire la portina (Fig. 8.3) .

Pulire il vetro con un panno o carta di giornaleappallottolata, inumiditi, passati nella cenere estrofinati quindi sulle parti sporche fino ad ottenere lapulizia totale.

Non pulire il vetro durante il funzionamento della stufa.

N.B.: Il vetro ceramico resiste benissimo alle altetemperature, ma è fragile, quindi NON URTARE.

8.4 PULIZIA DEL RIVESTIMENTO

Il rivestimento in acciaio (SABRINA, AMELIA) deveessere pulito con un detergente delicato e con unpanno umido. Non usare spugnette abrasive, pagliettao altri materiali che potrebbero segnare la superficie.

Il rivestimento in ceramica (GILDA, IRENE) deveessere pulito con un detergente delicato e con unpanno umido. Non bagnare con acqua fredda quandola stufa è calda perché lo shock termico potrebbeprovocare la rottura del rivestimento ceramico.

8.5 PULIZIA DEL FOCOLARE

Periodicamente o comunque quando le incrostazionidi fuligine diventano eccessive, eseguire una puliziaaccurata del vano focolare, togliendo anche i deflettori.Questo permette un migliore funzionamento erendimento della stufa.

Prior to embarking on any maintenance work thefollowing precautions must be taken:

A) make sure all parts of the stove are cold.

B) make sure the ashes are completely cold and notburning.

C) use the individual protective gear as establishedby the EEC directive 89/391.

8.2 GETTING RID OF THE ASHES

The ash drawer, which is under the hearth (Fig. 8.2),must be completely emptied when it is full so as not tooverheat thehearth’s cast iron grid preventing thecomburent air from reaching it. To get the drawer outthe door must be opened. The drawer should beemptied frequently to facilitate regular inlet ofcomburent air into the fireplace. The drawer shouldbe emptied when the stove is cold, for example everymorning before lighting.

8.3 CLEANING THE GLASS

To clean the inside of the glass open the door asshown in the drawing (Fig. 8.3).

Clean the glass using a cloth or piece of newspaperrolled up into a ball and dampened, rolled in ash,rubbing on the dirty parts until thoroughly clean.

Do not clean the glass when the stove is lit.

N.B.: The pyroceram withstands high temperatureswithout any problems, however, it is fragile, thereforeDO NOT KNOCK IT.

8.4 CLEANING THE COVERING

Clean the steel covering (SABRINA, AMELIA) with amild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not use abrasivesponges, metal pads or other materials that couldmark the surface.

Clean the ceramic cladding (Gilda, Irene) with a milddetergent and a damp cloth. Do not wet with cold waterwhen the stove is hot as the thermal shock could causethe ceramic cladding to break.

8.5 CLEANING THE HEART

At regular intervals or when soot deposits becometoo bad, clean the hearth thorough, also removing thedeflectors. This enables a better functioning and yieldof the stove.

8.6 CLEANING THE FLUE

This is to be done before lighting the stove and eachtime a layer of soot or tar is noted inside the pipe, asthis is an easily inflammable substance.When the deposits are 5-6 mm thick they could catchfire if the temperature is very high and if there are

Vor jedem Wartungseingriff unbedingt folgendeSicherheitsmaßnahmen treffen:

A) Sicherstellen, dass alle Heizofenteile kalt sind.

B) Sicherstellen, dass die Asche komplett erloschen ist.

C) Die laut Richtlinie 89/391/EWG vorgesehenenindividuellen Schutzvorrichtungen anwenden.

D) Für die Wartung immer geeignetes Werkzeugverwenden.

8.2 ASCHENENTLEERUNG

Der Aschenkasten, der sich unterhalb der Feuerstellebefindet, muss vor jedem Zünden und jedes Mal, wenner voll ist, entleert werden, damit das Gusseisengitternicht überhitzt und keine Verbrennungsluft in dieFeuerstelle eintreten kann. Um Zugang zumAschenkasten zu kommen, die Tür öffnen. Es wird injedem Fall empfohlen, den Aschenkasten häufig zuentleeren, um eine reguläre Zufuhr derVerbrennungsluft in die Feuerstelle zu fördern. Es istratsam, den Ofen zuvor abkühlen zu lassen unddiesen in jedem Fall täglich vor dem Zünden zuentleeren.

8.3 REINIGUNG DES GLASES

Um das Glas innen zu reinigen, muss die Tür, wie inder Zeichnung gezeigt, geöffnet werden (Abb. 8.3).

Das Glas mit einem Lappen oderzusammengeknülltem und feuchtem Zeitungspapier,die zuvor in die Asche getauchtwurden, ganz sauber reiben. Es können auchReinigungsmittel verwendet werden, die für dasSäubern von Küchenherden geeignet sind.

BITTE BEACHTEN: Das Keramikglas ist auch beihohen Temperaturen äußerst hitzebeständig, inseiner Struktur allerdings zerbrechlich; es darf alsoKEINEN STÖSSEN AUSGESETZT WERDEN.

8.4 REINIGUNG DER VERKLEIDUNG

Die Stahlverkleidung (Sabrina, Amelia Ofen) muss miteinem sanften Reinigungsmittel und einem feuchtenLappen gesäubert werden. Keine Scheuer-oderDrahtschwämme sowie andere Materialienverwenden, die Oberfläche beschädigen könnten.

Die Keramikverkleidung (GILDA, IRENE Ofens) mussmit einem sanften Reinigungsmittel und einemfeuchten Lappen gesäubert werden. Den Ofen,solange er heiß ist, nicht mit kaltem Wasser inBerührung kommen lassen, da dies einenthermischen Schock und das Brechen derKeramikverkleidung verursachen könnte.

8.5 REINIGUNG DER FEUERSTELLE

Die Feuerstelle von Zeit zu Zeit und immer dann, wennübermäßige Rußablagerungen auftreten, akkuratreinigen und dazu auch die Rauchblenden entfernen.

Va fatta prima del periodo di accensione della stufa eogni qualvolta si noti che all’interno della condutturasi sia formato uno strato di fuliggine e catramina,sostanza facilmente infiammabile. Le incrostazioni,quando raggiungono uno spessore di 5-6 mm, inpresenza di elevate temperature e di scintille possonoincendiarsi con conseguenze facilmente immaginabilisia per la canna fumaria che per l’abitazione.

Si consiglia pertanto di effettuare la pulizia almenouna volta all’anno o comunque ogni volta che risultinecessario.

9 INFORMAZIONI PER LA DEMOLIZIONEE LO SMALTIMENTO

La demolizione e lo smaltimento dell’apparecchiosono ad esclusivo carico e responsabilità delproprietario.

Smantellamento e smaltimento possono essereaffidati anche a terzi, purchè si ricorra sempre a ditteautorizzate al recupero ed all'eliminazione deimateriali in questione.

Attenersi sempre e comunque alle normative in vigorenel paese dove si opera per losmaltimento dei materiali ed eventualmente per ladenuncia di smaltimento.

Tutte le operazioni di smontaggio per la demolizionedevono avvenire ad apparecchiofermo.

L'abbandono dell’apparecchio in aree accessibilicostituisce un grave pericolo perpersone ed animali.

La responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone edanimali ricade sempre sul proprietario.

9 INFORMATION FOR DEMOLITION ANDDISPOSAL

Demolition and disposal of the fireplace is the soleresponsibility of the owner.Dismantling and disposal may be entrusted to a thirdparty provided we are talking about a companyauthorised to salvage and eliminate said materials.

In all cases you must abide by the laws in force in thecountry of installation as regards the disposal ofmaterials and, if necessary, the report of disposal.

All dismantling operations for demolition must takeplace when the fireplace is still.

Dumping the product in accessible areas is a serioushazard for both people and animals.

The owner is always responsible for injury to peopleand animals.

When the fireplace is demolished, the EC mark, thismanual and all the other documents relative to itmust be destroyed.

Es wird empfohlen, die Reinigung mindestens einmalpro Jahr und in jedem Fall immer dann, wennerforderlich durchzuführen.

Immer die einschlägigen Normen des jeweiligenLands für die Entsorgung und eventuelleEntsorgungsmeldung einhalten.

Das Zerlegen des Produkts für seine Entsorgung darfausschließlich bei stillstehendem Gerät erfolgen.
