    This because( above all( it is a project that seeks engagement of a signiAcant

    Anancial assets and because( on the other side( the Republic of Serbia do not haveappropriate e7perience in this area 0construction and management of the resort2*

    Proposed model is in accordance 9ith valid legal s"stem of the Republic of Serbiaand alread" e7isting practice in construction of signiAcant objects*

    - contract on integral management of constructed object*
