More than 10 years experience on the polish market

• 1999 Bau Holding Strabag AG started with new services:technical management, technical consulting and administration and established a new company Facility Management Polska Sp. z o.o.

• 2007 Facility Management Polska Sp. z o.o. changed the name to STRABAG Facility Management Sp. z o.o. and started with the infrastructural services: cleaning and security (licence)

• 2008 STRABAG bought DeTeImmobilien – one of Germany's biggest real estate service providers (15.4 million m² of managed net floor area and 35,000 properties).

• January 2009 making use of the experience and know-how of the company in Germany, STRABAG Property and Facility Services Sp. z o.o. launched into a new service: Real Estate management services

• April 2010 STRABAG Facility Management Sp. z o.o. changed the name to STRABAG Property and Facility Services Sp. z o.o.
