recycled materials used in it’s

creation, is an 8,000 square

foot host of activity. Originally

built in 1908, the new owner,

Jeff Call, embarked on a total

restoration in 2007 using

recycled/reclaimed materials

provided by ‘Gator’ Ager of

William-Dickson Company.

Everywhere you look you’ll find artistic

expression in the surroundings at the ‘Gate’

Owner Jeff Call not only supports art, he

makes it. The Rum Lounge, located on the

main floor, with it’s metal cityscape & guitar

panorama, STONEGATE ROCK CITY, was

created by Jeff and local artist Karen Marvik-

Hallis. Beautifully accented by an ever

changing array of lights, it will hypnotize you if

you don’t watch out!
