Initial Stepping Stones on North Efate: Results
In Paunagisu Village, it was difficult to implement because of “raurau” and land disputes in the community.
Emua Village completed Stepping Stones in 2009. It took time, but they did it!
Saama Village did not have the drive, and were more interested in gardening and sending goods to the market. It also seemed that things started at the wrong time.
