Stefan has studied law at the:

Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich / Germany;

University of Westminster & College of Law in London / England; and

Caen University / France.

Stefan is bi-lingual in German and English (and has some working knowledgein French) and is a member of the British - German Jurists Association.

Having been a shareholder and Director in a group of German property holdingand development companies since the German re-unification in 1990, Stefansold most of his German assets in 1995 before moving to the British Islesin 1995 and gaining his international legal experience with:Clifford Chance LLP in London and New York (as an English Solicitor); and

Carey Olsen in the Channel Islands (as a Guernsey Advocate).

Stefan is also a Member of Chief Pleas (the local Sark Parliament).
