Statex Yarn Count Balance
Statex yarn count balance is used to measurethe count of yarn; GSM of fabric.
l This system consists of Computer, Balance andStatex Labdata software.
l Provision to interface with Statex Lea StrengthTester which is used to measure the strength oflea specimen.
l By this system it is possible to analyse majority ofquality control tests in a textile mill such as
uWrapping tests in Slivers, Roving and Yarn.
uNoils % testing in comber in both headwise andoverall noils %.
uStretch % for roving in simplex.
uWithin bobbin, between bobbin test in simplexand spinning.
uAutoleveller tests in drawframe.
