Speaking Activity 1
You will give a short presentation about a specific topic
previously discussed in class. Your presentation should last from 3
to 5 minutes. For each speaking activity during the course, you
will bring a power point presentation which will include the topic,
your name and pictures that will help you to explain the topic you
were required to discuss. You are not allowed to include any text
in the power point presentation; only pictures.Your presentation
should be sent to this e-mail: [email protected] or
your e-mail in advanced (and in a USB) *For each presentation, you
will be required to make a research and you must include the
references where you took the information at the end of your power
point presentation.
The topic for EXAM 1 is:People in the 30s / 40s / 50s / 60s /
70s / 80s / 90s
For this presentation you will have to choose one of the years
mentioned before and make a research about the following
things:
*How did people use to wear at that time?*What activities did
people use to do to have a good time?*Which important events were
happening in the world at that moment?*How was education at that
moment?*What things, objects, music, programs, shows were
representative at that period of time?
*Make a power point presentation and include pictures that
represent the ideas that you are going to mention in your speaking
presentation. Try to answer all the questions above.
Remember that you should ONLY include PICTURES. You shouldnt
include any text.
