ROBERT uses the TV to illustrate his points.

On the TV, the CCTV FOOTAGE of the banner being put up inFREEPORT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE "No to terminal 5, no to 3rdRunway"

ROBERTThe banner goes up in FreeportIndustrial Estate two nights priorto the attack. We find the launchsite and the Worlds media gets aninfinite number of photographs ofthe place. Only, theyre not just

photographing the estate, theyrephotographing the banner. Thebanner is publicity, for theecowarrior movement. What happensnext? The airport stays closed moreor less permanently for the entiretime, along with every otherairport in Western Europe for awhile. Next, our man Gee releasesphotographs designed to causemaximum panic among the nation.Tourist numbers fall to more orless zero, and we embark on a

fruitless search of every religiousnut and radical between here andIslamabad. This is why ourintelligence failed. We werelooking in the wrong place.

    JEREMYSo what did he achieve?

    ROBERTWhat he achieved is this..

ROBERT flicks his remote to reveal a graph on the TV, thegraph on the screen shows a downward trajectory.
