Closing Thoughts…

BRAC ’05 will see a net gain of ~4500 permanent party military and DA Civilians at Ft Knox with a positive economic impact on the region.

The Great Inhale has begun (before we exhale)……..

3-1 IBCT has arrived, is established and growing……

Between Aug 2009 and Oct 2011 more than 1,400 people will be hired to fill HRCoE DAC vacancies…many from outside the system, and even more contractors

Human Resources Command advanced party has moved into its facility in E-town and has started hiring

BRAC is On Track at Ft Knox – “Brick and Mortar”

USAARMC is preparing to move to Ft Benning in late FY10 and FY11

Yes……..it is really happening!
