Each hotel is assigned a dedicated Productivity Manager and a dedicated team consisting of a Regional Account Executive and the full resources of our advertising, automation and accounting departments as needed. Together, we develop a strategic business plan based on realist ic budgets for operations, sales and marketing and capital improvements. !e Executive team provides speci"c action, yield management and marketing plans for each revenue stream in the hotel in order to increase the productivity and margin of that department.

We develop a complete market penetration and positioning plan just for our hotels and place that plan in e#ect, both e$ciently and e#ectively; locally. Our in-house creative department produces the hotel ’s own custom ads that accurately mirror our overal l brand while sti l l re%ecting the unique aspects of the property. Hotels receive ongoing operational audits, P&L analyses as well as detai led monthly "nancial reports covering inventories and cash %ow forecasts. All focused on developing and maintaining pro"table operations. And at al l t imes, we work dil igently with the hotel representatives to develop budgets and established timelines for the implementation of any plan.

Executive analyzes and maximizes rate structures, conducts competitive studies, compiles guest tracking reports, reviews labor costs and productivity, implements energy cost controls and preventative maintenance programs. Our Productivity Managers work with the on site team to devise systems and service enhancements that provide an impressively e#ortless experience for our guests, designed to inspire return visits .

Executive assumes al l responsibil it ies for human resources management and sta# training. Everything from uniforms to incentive programs wil l be examined and thoroughly considered. All with an eye to l i ft ing the standards of service and the overal l guest impression that their standards are being catered to and exceeded.

Our hotel Productivity and Automation Managers ensure our reservation system operates smoothly and e$ciently. We provide dedicated GDS and ADS account management with the abil ity to swift ly open up distribution channels, releasing room inventory for reservations whenever appropriate. ! is immediate accessibil ity and discretionary control has produced dramatic results in occupancy rates for our properties. We also use our partner Synxis International to maximize exposure through Alternative Distribution opportunities that only come with being an industry leader. As a recognized international chain, we can also take advantage of our group buying power for supplies, services and advertising media

!rough our sophisticated guest tracking programs, we produce a comprehensive customer database which is used to encourage repeat business and understand stay patterns of our targeted customers. With the information we capture and share throughout the entire Executive system, we can "ne-tune service levels to better suit individual guest preferences and enhance the customer experience.

Our brand is our product. Consistently high guest service and satisfaction standards, marketed internationally and connected at every level through the EXECUDEX extensive network. Strategic advertising across al l channels positions our brand to the selective traveler who wants something more. We’re not sel l ing them rooms and beds.
