L’idea di un nuovo tipo di “cassoneribaltabile modulare” è nata dalla volontà di rispondere alle problematiche di un settore in costante evoluzione. Progettato grazie alla profonda esperienza maturata, è configurato in un pratico KIT di montaggio, molto agevole da trasportare. Si trasforma rapidamente in un cassone ribaltabile a tutti gli effetti senza per questo rinunciare alla sicurezza e alla qualità.
The idea to produce a new type of “modular tipper body” came from a desire to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving sector.Designed and developed on the strength of many years’ great experience in the field, it is a practical, easy-to-assemble and easy-to-ship assembly kit. Riduzione dei tempi e dei costi di allestimento di manutenzione e trasporto creando nel contempo un prodotto robusto e leggero.Questi sono stati i nostri obbiettivi. Una sfida che abbiamo vinto trasformando radicalmente il concetto di produzione, facendo diventare il bullone il vero protagonista.
Un prodotto all’avanguardiaflessibile e personalizzabile. Realizzato con i migliori acciai antiusura sia per utilizzi gravosi (cava-cantiere) che per utilizzi medio-leggeri (stradale o agricolo): disponibile anche il modello alleggerito realizzato in acciaio Domex 700, che grazie alla sua elasticità e al suo alto limite di snervamento permette di utilizzare spessori inferiori.
I nostri cassoni ribaltabili in KIT, sono indicati per le motrici 6x4 e 8x4 di tutte le marche. Anche i rimorchi e semirimorchi possono essere equipaggiati con i cassoni Drago, che sono progettati per interfacciarsi con il telaio dello specifico costruttore. La gamma disponibile è molto vasta e offre opportunità di scegliere dimensioni e cubature differenti in funzione delle diverse applicazioni.

LArIVOLUZIONeDEL BULLONE ThE BOLTreVOLUTION
La tecnica di bullonatura, oltre a rendere le operazioni molto più semplici e veloci, garantisce a pie-no carico, una maggior tenuta ed elasticità del ribaltabile, evitando la formazione delle tipiche fendi-ture, le cosiddette “cricche” che solitamente compaiono nel casso-ne comunemente saldato.
Il cassone bullonato è una soluzio-ne anche in caso di manutenzione e riparazione, che possono essere fatte in molto meno tempo e senza alcuna difficoltà. I pannelli dan-neggiati vengono semplicemente sbullonati e sostituiti con quel-li nuovi, cosicchè il camion pos-sa tornare in strada entro pochi giorni, riducendo così al minimo i tempi di sosta e garantendo un servizio efficente e veloce.
Poche e semplici le fasi di mon-taggio in cui i vari elementi, già predisposti, vengono fissati con degli appositi bulloni, escludendo qualsiasi ulteriore intervento.
Il KIT Drago è strutturato per l’80% del prodotto finito. Accompagnato da un manuale d’istruzioni può essere facilmente montato pres-so qualsiasi officina in meno di tre ore.
Le operazioni a carico dell’allesti-tore si riducono alla bullonatura delle parti e al montaggio sul vei-colo.

The bolt technique not only makes things far simpler and quicker, it also guarantees a full load, greater flexibility and resistance, helps avoid the formation of “cracks” that so often usually appear in welded bodies.
The bolted body is also a real solution when it comes to maintenance and repair, as these can be done in far less time and without any difficulty. The damaged panel can simply be unbolted and replaced with the new ones so the truck can be back on the road in few days, thus minimising “stopping times” and guaranteeing fast and efficient service.
Just a few, simple assembly steps are needed to fix the well-designed components using the special bolts provided. No need to call for extra help.
Drago KIT is so structured that it is already 80% finished. The kit comes with an easy-to-understand instruction manual and is quick and easy to assemble in any workshop in less than three hours.
All the fitter has to do is bolt a few parts together and then install the tipper body on the back of his vehicle.
