Experienced in working for the County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Triad’s co-founders couldn’t understand why existing providers found it so challenging to provide quality services while placing the individual at the center of every decision. Recognizing this need, Triad was born.

Founded in 2001, Triad Residential Solutions now serves more than 100 individuals and employs over 200 employees between Lucas and Lorain counties.

Triad continues to demonstrate an inclusionary approach, encompassing all players and organizations necessary to provide total care to each individual.

Triad Residential Solutions provides residential supports and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. These services are driven to achieve positive outcomes emphasizing the residents’ self determination, dignity, and personal development. Respecting that each person is an individual, Triad Residential Solutions will provide choice for opportunities, securing the individual’s contributing role in the community.

Why we do this

Triad offers recreational, vocational, and employment services based on individual need. Our programs allow each individual to work toward personal goals through skill-building, staff-assisted tasks.

Our Day Service programs offer enjoyable recreational activities and craft projects. While Vocational Habilitation and Services provides paid employment for individuals capable of performing varied jobs.

Adult Day Services, Vocational Habilitation & Employment Services

Triad provides individualized, in-home supports, adult day services and employment services, as well as transportation and community assistance.

Homemaker / Personal Care & Transportation

Triad Residential Solutions provides assistance with various daily living activities, including:

Benefit Maintenance
