We’ve Got New Land! The City of Airdrie has opened up a parcel of land south of Sagewood and north of Bayside, on the east side of 24 St. Your special interest group would like to use this land for a specific purpose. In these groups, your task will be to:

o Prepare and present a 1-2 minute presentation including: § a picture of the space and diagram for the things you would

add/change to the land space. § a description for what should happen to the land. § an explanation of why the City of Airdrie needs this § a description of how to pay for this (taxes, user fees, grants, etc.)

o A poster should be prepared for the presentation. o Presentations will be graded (see the rubric)
