Marketing was done through – - Direct marketing: With the help of freelancers

-Managed end-to-end services such as registration, logistics, merchandising and accommodations of large events, conferences and exhibitions.
-Helped people to organize professional social events. -Enabled organizers to compile, manage and communicate with attendees.

1. Major responsibilities were- lead generation, identifying prospects and closing the deals.
2. Generation of leads through three routes
- aggressive searching through event listing websites - unsolicited leads from event organizers - existing clients(repeat customers)
3. Promotions were done primarily by clients of Ayojak on their event display.
4. Brand awareness increased predominantly through word of mouth.
1. Primary objective was to increase ‘word of mouth’ about its product.
2. The social media activities were outsourced to a Noida based social media agency.
3. The key areas to focus on were:
- Updating and building community member engagement through Twitter, Facebook and the corporate blog.
- Generating feedback from B2B clients.
- Providing support to both B2B clients and end customers.
Content Strategy- Issues
Lack of effective engagement strategies with end customers
Consistent drop in the number of posts on Facebook, tweets
Poor social media strategy- lack of clarity of target customers, attendees and organizers.
Low participation from community members. To ensure longer ‘tweet life’ for more visibility,

Recommendations
Improve participant interest thorugh promoting events and different contests.
Promoting Ayojak and events through Facebook Ads and page.
Use twitter to engage with the end customers; Implement good feedback collection mechanisms. Use facebook page and tweeter to publicize more
information. Implement discount schemes, contests and give away
lucky draw prizes. Use magazines and newspapers to target small sized
companies by publishing ads and publish successful events as templates or cover pages
