**Unfortunately there are no existing structures that can implement and multiply the innovative experience which is the creation of an enterprise, except the enterprise itself. So if we want to see a major impact we have to rethink innovation and include the multiplication of a successful social enterprise into the responsibilities of the funding stakeholders. If we do this, the ESF will have a greater potential for making an impact at the system level.
