    I. TNG QUAN V CNG NGH NANO

    1. C s cng ngh nano

    Ngy 29 thng 12 nm 1959, ti Vin Cng ngh

    California, ngi ot gii Nobel Vt l - Richard P. Feynman

    Cng ngh nano l ngnh khoa hc v nghin cu, ch to, iu khin v ng

    dng cc vt liu v linh kin c kch thc siu nh, trong khong t 1-100 nm (1 mt

    = 109 nm). Nh th nu 1 ht nano c ng knh l 1 nm, th ht c c nh hn 80

    nghn ln so vi dy trung bnh ca si tc ngi. Kch thc v cu trc siu nh

    dn n cc thay i ln v bn cht v tnh cht vt l, ha hc, cng nh tnh cht

    quang, t v.v..ca vt liu v linh kin. Nhng thay i v tnh cht mi ny khi c
