REWARDS PROGRAM The first time you will use REWARDS as your
password then you will be prompted to change your password to
something new. You will sign in with your SPD Driver ID with the
letters SPD in front. You will sign into your rewards site at:
www.driveforgold.com The online chat is available if you need
assistance. They can help you with your login and resetting your
password.

WELCOME SCREEN Welcome Screen tabs to navigate through the
reward site Your name and current point total will always be posted
on the welcome screen

WELCOME SCREEN This has the Annual Survey link for all drivers
to complete. This box shows your wish list, but changes frequently.
Check back regularly for updates! This box shows New Products, but
can be changed to include Newsletters, Safety Training Content or
other company information. Check back regularly for updates!

POINT BANK (MY ACCOUNT) You will see your lifetime points,
points spent, and current point total These tabs are available to
you to manage your account settings, orders, and changing any
account information Here is where you will see descriptions of
points earned and you will be able to see comments for any applause
award you receive

MY ORDERS (MY ACCOUNT) Here you will be able to see recent
order history

MY DEVICES (MY ACCOUNT) This is how you can connect your mobile
device to the app created for shopping the rewards catalog

personal information including name and address

CHANGE PASSWORD (MY ACCOUNT) Here you can change your password
and your reminder question

address

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (MY ACCOUNT) The subscription manager
allows you to choose which emails you receive from the system.

QUIZZES (OPPORTUNITIES) Quizzes are found under the
OPPORTUNITIES tab. You can earn points for completing them.

SURVEYS (OPPORTUNITIES) Company Surveys are also found under
the OPPORTUNITIES tab.

RULES The RULES tab is a list of all the ways you can earn

FAQ The FAQ tab is a quick way to find already answered

CONTACT US Any questions you have regarding your rewards
account can be emailed through the site.

available on the online catalog. You will be able to purchase items
with your points Here you will see what is in your cart and what is
in your wish list. You can add things to your wish list and save up
for certain items Here you will find top redeemed items

ADDING AN ITEM TO YOUR CART Once you have selected your item of
choice click the Add to Cart Button Then click on cart

PLACING YOUR ORDER Once in your cart, verify the item is in
stock **Note Drop Ship items will ship directly from the vendor and
are allotted 4-6 weeks for delivery Verify quantity ordered Click

PLACING YOUR ORDER Verify Shipping information Do you want to
ship to a different address? Click here and see next slide

PLACING YOUR ORDER For a new address click New address then
fill out the form. Then click continue. The system will remember
previously used addresses

to get your selected item of choice click the Add to Wish List
Button. Then click on Wish list
