SMC Air Dryer Service packageThis inspection and service will cover whole unit of air dryer and ancillary equipment. The work details as below:-
1) To inspect and check refrigerant gas compressor and refrigeration system which includes of the following checks:- a) Condition of refrigerant compressor b) Refrigerant pressure condition c) Operation current d) Operation dew point, auto drain and lamp
2) To carry out maintenance of routine operation:- a) Check and clean all maintenance parts (e.g. ventilation grilles, condenser, auto drain etc) b) Check and clean all moving parts include ventilation fan, cooling fan and bearing 3) To provide report in writing to THE OWNER of any defects observed during checking & inspection. Report will be stated causes of defect, estimated cost and time required of repairing.
