Operating Pressure

In the process the O-ring will be formed in a way that a smooth, gapless and sealed connection isproduced.

Furthermore the Locknut is pushed over the collar connection and screwed on the threaded adapter,until the faces of the collar connections connect.

The Nozzle and the O-Ring are herewith coaxially centred

Then the threaded tail is assembled against it in a way, that both connecting pieces interlock

When assembled the O-ring is inserted in the collar connection in which the O-Ring fixes itself.

Assembly

DIN 11853-2 are compatible and only differenciate through axial length.

The Aseptic- and the Hygene- Flange connection as of DIN 11864-2 respectively
