REPORT ON DISCHARGING GASOLINE 88 RON UNLEADED AT PERTAMINA,T.T. MANGGIS - INDONESIA ON DECEMBER 20th UP TO 21st, 2007 MT. "ONTARI"Applicant :

NARRATIVE At the request of Messrs. We attended at PERTAMINA, T.T. MANGGIS and also on board the Vessel named MT." ONTARI " to conduct superintendence of Discharging in ascertainment of quantity as transferred to the shore tanks PERTAMINA, T.T. MANGGIS which was found within specific parameters of quality to be within the required specifications. INSPECTION PT. ANDISHA SOMPA Surveyors attended on December 20-21, 2007 in conducting independent inspection Services, applying stringent adherence to relevant ASTM & API Standard on measurement and control of oils. SHORE OPERATION Our surveyor attending the shore tanks were advised that the shore tanks No. T.06, T.12 & T.14. Were nominated to receive the cargo. Prior to receiving the cargo GASOLINE 88 RON UNLEADED shore tanks was physically measured by Terminal's personnel and by our attending surveyor. Upon completion of receiving GASOLINE 88 RON UNLEADED, shore tanks was physically remeasured and temperature determined. Additionally, free water checks were carried out with the aid of " Kolor Kut " water finding paste indicates no measurable amount detected. Sample drawn from the shore tanks before and after receiving were appropriately labelled, sealed and retention in Pertamina T.T. MANGGIS, BALI Final Outturn quantity were based on pro - rated density for computation.

ON BOARDMT. "ONTARI" The Vessel arrived at PERTAMINA T.T. MANGGIS on December 20, 2007 at 06.18 hours local time. The Pilot boarded Vessel for berthing on December 20, 2007 at 09.36. hours and Vessel was all made fast at Jetty# I, T.T. MANGGIS at 10.12 hours on the same day. Upon Vessel making fast key meeting was held by us inconjunction with Vessel's Responsible officer and Pertamina Loading Master. After agreeing with all discharging plants and lines system, our Surveyor proceeded to carry out cargo tanks inspection. The Vessel's arrived with the designated cargo stowaged in tanks Nos. 1C, 1P/S, 2C,2P/S,3C,4C,4 P/S, 5C,6C AND 6P/S . Prior discharging these cargo tanks were measured by our attending Surveyor in conjunction with the Vessel's officer and Pertamina Loading Master. Gauging conducted using MMC Sonic System and Temperature were determined from upper, middle and lower liquid levels of each individual tank and the average used for official quantity determination. Free water check conducted by our attending Surveyor with the aid of a sounding rod coated with water finding paste indicates and were not found. Duo to pre 1980 ASTM Table being utilized at this location, the total of ship's discharged quantity were calculated by us using table 54 for comparison purpose, for detail vessel quantity please refer to our Vessel ullage report. Sample drawn from the above cargo tank 3 (three) liters of composite sample before discharge were dispatched to PT. ANDISHA SOMPA, Jakarta, for retention purposes. The vessel commenced discharging on the December 20, 2007 at 15.00 hours which was completed on December 21, 2007 at 14.24 hours with no abnormalities observed. Upon completion of discharge all cargo tanks were manually sounded with the aid of a sounding rod and were found of R.O.B. Based upon these findings all cargo tanks were found to be well stripped of cargo.

CONCLUSION No operational difficulties were ancountered by us prior to during and / or after this discharging operation. Our certificate of inspection are enclosed and we trust will meet with your favourable approval. Should you require any further information on this discharging please do not hesitate to contact us of this office. FINALLY This report reflects our findings at the moment and place of inspection only and does not refer to any other matters. This report is made to the best of our knowledge and technical as independent third party Surveyor's / Inspectors and remains without prejudice to whom so ever party concerned.
