1. INTRODUCTION

These days, online shopping is getting very popular especially among the younger

generation. It's so comfortable to just browse thru the websites and pick what you would

like to buy while enjoying the convenience at home.

If you already have an e-commerce website showing all your products to yield the

income from every visitor, why you don't share all of them to the virtual marketplace like

Lazada, Shopee, Amazon... to expand your market coverage leading to boost your

revenue.

Assuming that you are doing business in Southeast Asia territory, Shopee is one of the

largest retail e-commerce sites with 34.5 million average page view hits per month. You

can find your fortune if your products are presented in this spectacular marketplace.

However, one problem rising, will you feel tired if you have to upload content of your

products one- by- one? Yes! But, with our Shopee Integration extension using Magento

and Shopee API, This problem would be solved easily. It will help you saving your time

and effort, your assigned products in your Website will be pushed to Shopee marketplace

with just some simple operations.

Let's start our journey with this amazing extension!


2. HOW TO USE

Shopee Magento integration connector synchronizes your Magento store to Shopee

virtual marketplace and provides the best management between your store and Shopee

marketplace which simply helps you in creating your products with name, quantity and

other product details.

2.1. Shopee Categories

You can easily manage all configuration of Shopee Integration in the menu bar. First of

all, you need to synchronize your Magento categories with the categories list provided by

Shopee

On the Shopee Integration menu, click Mapping categories ID.

The Mapping categories ID page appears as shown in the following figure:

Now in order to sync the Shopee categories with your Magento 2 store categories, click

on Add new mapping Categories Button on the top.


Just with a simple operation to drag and drop the CSV file containing the mapping

categories between Magento and Shopee correspondingly and import it.

The Shopee categories start getting reflected in your Magento panel. Synchronization is

established:


In addition, If you wish to remove the previous categories or make changes, please

directly edit it or specify the categories you want to make the modification or delete then

select the action accordingly:


Note: Please refer the following format to create the CSV file to map the categories on

Magento with Shopee:

2.2. Push products to Shopee (Create new products)

Go to Shopee Integration in menu, navigate to Push products to Shopee and hit the

“Create products in Shopee” button on the top right corner:


After that, you will be redirected to the details page:

It will automatically lock the Admin name who is taking this action, which makes you

more easily to check the history of push products to Shopee.

Next to the Select products Tab, all products will be shown here with the details like

Product ID, SKU, name, price and type of them. You can tick the checkbox on the left

side of each product you want to push to Shopee and hit the button “Push products to

Shopee”


In case you wish to push all existed products on Magento store to Shopee, this process

can be done with only 1 click.

Please input your current admin password in the text box and click the button:


After this process is done, you can see the result if the products are pushed successfully

or not with the detail error in the next column (click View to see error in more details).

All of the times pushing products to Shopee will be recorded in the grid with the admin

account who took this action, you can access it to check it for more information.
