Guidelines for Entries:

1. A maximum of 5 ENTRIES PER CATEGORY PER SCHOOL shall be entertained. Any entries beyond the specified limit shall be disqualified.

2. School can submit the best Photograph in categories mentioned below:

3. Photograph Requirements:

• Must adhere to all listed Technical Specifications set forth below.

• Must be the participant's original photograph.

• Must not infringe on any other person's or entity's rights.

• Must comply with the Terms & Conditions located at http://www.shoobhphoto.com * 4. Technical Specifications:

• File size: 2 - 4 MB

• Formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP

• All images must be available at 300dpi, even if the image is at a lower dpi.

• Entries can only be sent in CD/ Pen drive/ Print out through post at our address: shOObh Group Welfare Society, 10 , CSC, Pocket-E, Mayur Vihar-2, Delhi-110091, India

5. Failure of any photograph to comply with the guidelines, shall result in disqualification. Any

submission that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, and obscene or otherwise does not comply with the rule & regulation of the competition will be disqualified.

6. Each entry should be original, entirely done individually & should not have been previously submitted to any other competition or exhibited in any other forum.

7. Photograph may have a story, but should the story not exceed 250 words & must be written in English/ Hindi.

8. The entry form (attached) should be filled up & completed in Hindi/English, or be accompanied by a translation in Hindi/English.

9. DO NOT PASTE. Attach a copy of the form with the photograph, complete the form in your own hand writing along with signature of the Principal/ authorized signatory of the school with school stamp when submitting the photograph.

10. Liability: All prints are submitted at the participant’s own risk. The organizers cannot accept liability for any loss of or damage occurring to any entries, whether this occurs in transit or while in the keeping of the organizers, although every care will be taken.

11. Limit one prize per participant. 12. All entrants not complying with the rules will be disqualified. The organizer’s decision shall be final and

binding. Adjudication: The submissions will be judged on the basis of: 1. Originality & creativity. 2. Relevance to the competition theme. 3. Added value brought to the current thinking on “People ‘n’ Animal”. IMP: By entering this competition entrants will be deemed to have read these rules and agree to be bound by them. Organizer reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition or its terms and conditions in whole or part at any time. Selection processes: A Panel of judges shall select the 3 (THREE) most outstanding Photographs. Prize & Certificate of Merit: Three selected finalists in each category will receive a Medal & Certificate of Merit. Handling of the Entries & Intellectual Property: Participant retains ownership of the copyright in any submitted photographs. However, by entering photograph(s) in this Contest, participant grants organizer the irrevocable, perpetual right to edit, adapt, use and publish in any media now known or hereafter discovered any or all of the photographs without compensation to the participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. ENTERING A SUBMISSION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT'S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE, AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF THE FOREGOING RIGHTS. How you can participate:

Eligibility Criteria:

Guidelines for Entries:

(i) No participation fee.

(ii) School/ college shall submit the best paintings. (iii) Format of the entry: Painting must be framed and properly packed.

(iv) Each entry should be original, entirely done individually. (v) Painting may have a caption, but should the caption not exceed 5 lines & must be

written in English/ Hindi.

(vi) A maximum of TWO entries per school/college shall be entertained. Any entries beyond the specified limit shall only be taken on request and after the prior approval of the

board. (vii) Attach a copy of the form with the painting, Form must be duly filled and signed by the

Principal/ authorized signatory of the school/college with stamp. (viii) Submission & Return: Entries must be submitted to and collected from shOObh Group

Welfare Society, 10, CSC, Pocket-E, DDA Market, Mayur Vihar-2, Delhi-110091. (ix) The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss/damage of any entry during transit.

(x) All participants not complying with the rules will be disqualified. The organizer’s decision

shall be final and binding. IMP: By submitting the painting entrants will be deemed to have read these rules and agree to

be bound by them. Organizer reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition or its terms and conditions in whole or part at any time.
