Accomplished law officer experienced with the budgeting and planning of cutting edge technical solutions, improved work-flow processes and the implementation of specialized projects to improve the effectiveness of the Lorain County jail system. Facilitator of change and overall process improvement resulting in cost reductions and productivity optimization. Organized, honest and ambitious with the knowledge, skills and abilities to encourage multiple parties to work together to accomplish goals. Providing law enforcement services which patrol a 357 square mile territory and serve over 60,000 residents. Maintenance of the registry for all sex offenders residing in the county and verification of each offender’s address along with the handling of the neighborhood predator notifications.
