Shaolin is a complete system of wellness and performance for body, mind and spirit, which evolved over 1500 years in the famous Shaolin Temple in China. Shi Xing Mi (Walter Gjergja) has studied Shaolin for over 30 years and is one of the very first non-Chinese Shaolin Masters to be ordained officially in the Shaolin Temple.
