    I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Allow me to thank the people first behind the success of being here at

Valmores and Valmores Law Offices and for making my OJT a possible one.

Fist and foremost to our Almighty God, for giving me strength everyday,

for the graces and blessings that helped me to perform my task as a part of my

    OJT.

To our Professor Sheryl Morales for guiding and instructing us for our OJT.

Your guidance will help us achieve our aspirations as we go along with our

    journey in life.

To my scholarship sponsor Atty. Romulo Valmores and Commissioner Jose

Waldemar Valmores for giving me a chance to explore the real world of our

course. I have learned a lot from their company. This time they really made methis OJT as a challenging one.

And lastly, to my parents and guardian, my deepest gratitude and ap-

preciation for being with me all through the way from the very beginning for

showing your unconditional love and unending support financially, emotionally

    and spiritually.

    I. INTRODUCTION

Generally, an internship consist of an exchange of services for

experience between the student and an organization. Students can also use

an internship to determine if they have an interest in a particular career, cre-

ate a network of contacts, or gain school credit. Some interns find perma-

nent, paid employment with the organizations with which they interned. This

can be a significant benefit to the employer as experienced interns often

need little or no training when they begin regular employment. Unlike atrainee program, however, employment at the completion of an internship is

    not guaranteed.

    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at Valmores and Valmores Law Office is that

they have cooperation with each other, they are friendly, kind, good and

they are not selfish. They have a unity, they help each other and they are

    very hardworking employees.

The strength and challenges of this company is that they have a unity

and at the same time they have faith to our Almighty God. Sometimes they

encountered challenges in there company, the clients that are brain

washed by the other company or competitors.

I think the best practice of this company is to socialize and entertain

with others such us the clients and new clients coming in there office/

    company.

My over-all observation in there company (Valmores and ValmoresLaw Office) is they are very joyful and happy even if there are many papers

to prepare and to pass to the supreme court, post office and many more.

    V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following:

Filing the folders of clients and answering calls

Photocopying any documents needed for the clients

Encoding the special power of Atty.

What we do weekly are the following:

    Fax some documents

Arranging the annexes and photocopying it and passing it at

    the supreme court.

What we do monthly are the following:

Analyzing the position paper for the annexes to be well

    arranged.

During my whole training in Valmores and Valmores Law Office, I think

the problem/s that I have encountered at there company are when some

clients had changed their mindset because of the companys competitors.
