DevelopmentAuthority$275.00 for Home Inspection at end of
construction, by athird party cpmpany, to ensure we did our job
properly,title company will arrange on your behalf. Not
required,but recomended.
We pay lender fees, title fees and government fees aslong as all
documents and deposits are received within14 days of receipt of
this email.
Please fax or email all documents in, then mail originals.Once
we have all of your original documents and fundsare received we
