Trackman 4 uses Optically enhanced radar trackingfor impact location tracking and minimum 350 lux of light is required to get data.
Internal TM4 video at 45 fps can not be used simultaneous with the high framerate tracking enabled forimpact location/dynamic lie.
Software license per April 1st 2018 required to use this feature.

Why am I not getting Impact Location data?The reason for not getting any data is often because of one or more of the following reasons:
• Light requirements not met• Impact too close or far away from the TrackMan (Optimal distance 9 feet)• Club data in general wasn’t measured• The shot was a mis-hit• The shot was with a wedge and has lower pickup in general
