    1. Cashless Hospitalization Facility for NetworkHospitals:

    The insured person should notify insurer in writing atleast 72 hours before a planned hospitalization. In anemergency the insured person (or person on behalf of theinsured person) should notify insurer in writing within 48hours of hospitalization.

    2. Out-Of-Network Hospitals & All Other Claims forReimbursement:

    a. In all hospitalizations which have not been per-authorized,the insurer must be notified in writing within 48 hours of

    the insured persons admission to the hospital or before theinsured persons discharge from the hospital, whichever isearlier.

    b. For any illness / accident / medical condition that requireshospitalization, the insured person shall deliver toinsurer the claims documents, at his own expense, within15 days of the insured persons discharge from hospital.

    3. Death Claim: In case the insured meets with accidental bodily injury, that

    causes death within 12 months, 100% of his sum assuredwould be payable under the policy. Documents required: Claimant statement duly filled Original certificate of insurance (true copy)- COI FIR and police panchanama Post mortem report

    Your SOA is forwarded to your registered email ID everymonth, alternatively you can view and also download yourStatement of Account or Repayment Schedule on CustomerPortal. Log in to the Customer Portal > > View loan details

    > Click view details icon > Select loan statement > ClickStatement of Account > Open/save the PDF document.

    4. Can I make my advance EMI payment online? We regret to inform you that currently we do not have a

    functionality to accept your advance EMI payments online.We request you to visit any of our branches to make this

    You can make an online part payment for tenurereduction > Log in to Customer Portal > Select Make a

    Payment > Part prepayment If you wish to reduce your EMI post part payment please

    6. Do I have to bear any prepayment charges We are pleased to inform you that we do not levy any

    prepayment charges.

    7. How do I foreclose my loan? You can foreclosure your loan with nil foreclosure charges,

    any time after the 1st EMI clearance.Please note the following:

    Your loan will be foreclosed from the date of receipt of

    payment We will not charge you any further interest from the date

    of payment to foreclosure date Due amount mentioned on the foreclosure letter pulled

    on or after your due date for the month assumes that

    instalment for that month will be cleared Any excess EMI, if paid by you, will be refunded by the

    25th of the month Foreclosure charges applicable for mortgage customer as

    mentioned against the Loan against property and Homeloan products.

    8. Are there any foreclosure charges? Foreclosure charges applicable only for mortgage customer

    as mentioned against the Loan against property and Homeloan products. We do not levy foreclosure charges fornon-mortgage products.

    9. How do I get my NOC? To view and download your NOC post loan closure login to

    Customer Portal > Select View Loan Details > NOC10. When I will get my original documents back after I

    foreclose my loan?

    If you have any Mortgage loan with us you will receive thesame at your nearest Bajaj Finance Limited branch within7 working days from the date of loan foreclosure. For anyother loan, all your documents including security PDCs willget purged post loan closure.

    11. Is there any CIBIL impact if I foreclose my loan? No, foreclosure of your loan will not impact your CIBIL score.

    Once the loan is foreclosed the same will be reported toCIBIL as Closed along with 0 outstanding.

    12. When will my CIBIL gets updated? CIBIL gets updated at the end of every month.

    13: How do I apply for my TDS refund? You can now apply for your TDS refund through our Customer

    Portal. All you need to do is fill in your request details,

    upload your original Form 16A and your TDS request will begenerated.Login to the Customer Portal > Select Write to us > Log newrequest > Type: Request > Request Type: TDS.

    Post submitting your request the TDS Refund will beprocessed in 7-10 working days.
