ABOUT ME/GOAL

I will contribute to the company success utilizing 10 years of running companies in China. Good communication skills, work under pressure, Mandarin, knowledge of social and business local tradition seems to be the key to success for foreign companies that want to do business in China.

My 10 years here allow me to relate to our local partners, understand their mentality and reasoning. Still being from the west I understand the needs, requirements of western business culture. I excel at connecting these two different managerial attitudes into one effective style of product management.

2009 - present Zhong Jian International Chong Qing , ChinaExecutive Director/ Project Manager In cooperation with our local partner in Thailand, we

negotiated developed a very successful project in Thailand. Weekly meetings and daily personal training/coaching system designed develop together by

my team and our Thai partner helped our local associated offices sell out the project. Negotiation and assisting in drafting contracts.

Together with CEO we completely revitalized and modified the process of candidate recruitment. We solved the ongoing problems of customer’s confidence and synchronized sales staff training. This helped the customer signing up ratio.

Start and maintain construction projects on the ground in Thailand, Vietnam, Ghana, and Kazakhstan. Cooperate with construction groups and banks (North China Construction Group, China Railway 14th Group, Construction Bank, Sinosure, and other.

Delivered projects on time, even doing it remotely in cooperation with the local offices.

Detailed system of organizing and translating files which later on were reorganized into reports and send to relevant customers and sales staff.

Supervising of payments with periodic communications with customers, innovative customer retains system.

Developed a new way of interaction with government officials on a local level to better benefit both sides. This not only led to a few innovative initiatives in China but also resulted in cooperation abroad.
