Self-Transformation and the Spiritual Life by Vicente Hao Chin Jr. This course is an approach to Self-Transformation that serves as a foundation for an integrated and effective life, as well as an essential preparation for living the spiritual life. It includes exercises in self-awareness and a detailed study of meditation. Other facets of the course are: approaches to daily awareness, the exploration of transcendence, nurturing essential life-skills, probing into the nature of intuition, and the integration of impersonal values into daily life. Vicente Hao Chin Jr. is a former President of the Theosophical Society in the Philippines and is a clear example of how to live a theosophical life. He is actively involved in the Theosophical Order of Service (www.international.theoservice.org). He is the founder of the Golden Link College in the Philippines which provides transformational education for less privileged children (www.theosophy.ph/goldenlinkcollege.html). He is the author of: The Process of Self-Transformation Why Meditate? On Education and other works. He compiled and edited the chronological edition of The Mahatma Letters to A.P. Sinnett, and is the Associate Editor of the Theosophical Encyclopedia. Arrival Friday July, 15 th : arrival and registration after 15:00; dinner at 18:00; informal meeting in the evening. The ITC therefore invites people at the Centre to work on the process of human regeneration through individual transformation. Any stay at the Centre is meant to promote quiet- ness of mind, peace and a harmonious life. Therefore smoking or using drugs on the estate is not allowed; furthermore only vegetarian meals and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed. Please note that the number of places is limited. We therefore use the following registration procedure: Registration can only be done for the full seminar before July 1 st 2016. Your reservation will by made final after payment of the fee. Cancellation before July 1 st 2016 is possible with a refund minus € 50. Day visitors are welcome without registration in advance. Daily fee: € 20 for TS members € 30 for non-TS members. The ITC has the following lodging facilities:• Arundale House offers basic lodging; 9 bedrooms, each with two beds, shared showers and toilet blocks. • Crystal House offers 20 bedrooms; 10 single person and 10 two person bedrooms, each with own bathroom. • Cottages: 3 wooden cottages with own kitchen and bathroom for 2 persons each. • Camping grounds.
