“Nadejda CRD” Sdrujenie is a non-governmentalorganisation from Sofia, Bulgaria working with:
• children• youngsters • adults
to promote• cultural values and education.
Its main aims are to encourage people:• to participate in clubs and activities• to develop their abilities and interests.
“Nadejda CRD” Sdrujenie organises:• concerts, performances and exhibitions• seminars, social clubs and activities• takes part in national and European projects
The organization is registered in 1998 as a Trustee ofSofia Municipal Children Center. The organizationunifies the needs and interests of the parents and ex-students and supports the art-school life.
In the 2006 is set up in public benefit and starsintensive educational, cultural and social activities forthe children is whole Sofia.
SHORT HISTORY
In the year 2009 “Nadejda-CRD” receives a license from State AgencyFor Child Protection and starts sub-organization called “Center ForSocial Rehabilitation and Integration for Children and Adults”.
A few months later the organization is registered in the Register of theState Agency for Social Assistance, controlled by the Ministry of Labourand Social Policy in Bulgaria.

Why is this important?The organization has proved its potential in starting social activitiesand is officially supported and controlled by the country.
In the year 2011 the organization expands its activitiesnationwide after receiving approval of the project:“Integration without Borders”
The project is implemented under the Operational Programme“Human Resource Development” and it's focused on the childrenand youngsters with special needs. The project will be held inVeliko Tarnovo and Svishtov region with the partnership of fiveschools and one NGO.

TO MAKE IT CLEAR
The organization works in two main directions:
• Activities in the field of culture and education in support oftalented children and youngsters
• Social activities - in the framework of “Center for SocialRehabilitation and Integration For Children and Adults”
Big part of the organizational work is done voluntarily!
TO SUMMARISE
Sdrujenie "Nadejda – CRD" prepares project proposals andapplies for regional, national and international programsfor expanding its activities, new partnerships and financialassistance.
The organization has experience in preparing and carryingout projects in the following programs and schemes:

We applied for 1 May with YIA project:
Short-term EVS: “Thracian Past – European Future”
14 volunteers from 7 countries: Poland, Romania, Italy, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus
The project was held in archeological preserve Sboryanovo near Sveshtari Village between 14th August and 14th September 2012.
7th November 2012 NEWS FROM DAILYMAIL: Golden discovery: Archaeologists discover astonishing haul 'linked to Alexander the Great' in network of tombs in Bulgaria
• The successful implementation of the project has led the NGO to receive the Year Award “Best Practice for EVS activities for 2012” given by Youth In Action National Agency of Bulgaria - National Center “European Youth Programmes and Initiatives”.
