1 SDHQ Offroad Ford Raptor Wiring Instructions for 20” and 40” LED Bars (SDHQ-13-1201)(SDHQ-13-1202) Tools Needed: Phillips Head Screw Driver Wire Crimper and Stripper Heat Gun or Direct Heat Source (for Heat Shrink) Step 1: Loosen rubber flap on passenger side behind grille. Step 2: Run wiring harness through hole in radiator support behind rubber flap Step 3: Route wires loosely around the battery towards the rear of the vehicle Step 4: Remove the Nut on the negative battery terminal and attach the ground (black) wire to the terminal. Retighten nut. Step 5: Route black wire with existing harness from battery terminal to inner fender and secure using wire ties.

SDHQ Offroad Ford Raptor Wiring Instructions for 20” and 40” LED Bars (SDHQ-13-1201)(SDHQ-13-1202)

Tools Needed:

Phillips Head Screw Driver Wire Crimper and Stripper

Heat Gun or Direct Heat Source (for Heat Shrink) Step 1: Loosen rubber flap on passenger side behind grille.

Step 2: Run wiring harness through hole in radiator support behind rubber flap

Step 3: Route wires loosely around the battery towards the rear of the vehicle

Step 4: Remove the Nut on the negative battery terminal and attach the ground (black) wire to the terminal. Retighten nut.

Step 5: Route black wire with existing harness from battery terminal to inner fender and secure using wire ties.

Step 6: Strip the end of the factory upfitter switch wire you wish to use and insert it into the crimp on connector on the harnesses red wire. Crimp connector (Yellow shown in picture)

Step 7: Slide heat-shrink tubing over crimped connection and apply heat until it shrinks over the connection. Step 8: Secure all wires using wire ties, or you may choose to add cable clamps as well. Step 9: Connect wiring harness to the LED bar and gather any extra cable behind the rubber flap. Secure with wire ties

Step 10: Re-install rubber flap and test your work.
