This means that the lower the bullying rates, the more student achievement rates increase

GPA ResultsGPA Results
Building rapport with Health/Science teachers
Colleague assistance for administrative duties
Being prepared and organized eased anxiety Make sure classrooms have working
projectors More hands-on activities to foster the
building of conflict resolution skills Do not conduct guidance lessons back-to-
back
Students have the attitudes and knowledge about bullying, but more emphasis on skill-building
Not all students learn at the same pace Bullying rates may not reflect an accurate
representation of the school GPA may take a while to see significant
improvements Guidance lesson only occurred over the course of
one day Presentations should occur at all Health/Science
classes to reach all students
More bullying lessons to occur over the course of the year
Systematic bullying prevention/intervention needs to occur at the middle school at 3 levels (individual, classroom, school-levels)
More prevention/intervention needs to occur for males (group, anger management, conflict resolution, peer mediators)
The school counseling program is contributing in a meaningful
way to the academic
achievement of all students.
Thank you for your support of the school counseling program.
