Teamwork - Group Observation Outing Club I am a member of Geneseo Outing Club and I recently attended an executive board meeting and a general club meeting for the club. As the executive meeting proceeded, I noticed that every member was given the opportunity to say what they needed to talk about so it was added to the agenda and then the agenda was accomplished throughout the meeting. During the general meeting, the same angle was taken which allowed all officers, or members, the chance to have a say in the upcoming events. For example, an issue that has risen is whether or not the Bhangra team can learn new choreography and apply different formations while dancing. Resident Assistant Through my Resident Assistant position, I have learned to see situations from multiple angles and perspectives. When dealing with human issues and conflicts, it is imperative that every factor is considered or you run the risk of overlooking key components.
