StoreF Create the following folder in drive H:\;.
H:WBE\STORECODE\JOURNAL (HIWM\STORECODEUOURNAL for
Waltermart Store). H:\ABE\STORECODE\LOGS (H:\WM\STORECODE\LOGS
for WalrermartStore.). HIABE\STORECODE\MMS (H:\WM\STORECODE\MMS for
WattermartStore). H:\ABE\STORECODE\POLL (HIWM\STORECODE\POLL for
WattermartStore)F Log-in to Com Sys server as Admin
) Go to Configurations then Store Setup.

) Click Add.
Fill up the following details,. Store No: Store Code. Store
Name: Name of the Store. Poll File Folder: Path where the DOS files
will come from.. MMS Folder (File Server Matching Information):
Path where the DWNfiles will be saved. MMS Folder (AS400 Matching
Information): A5400 folder. Pulling from AS-400: Applicable Date
folder of DtlN files. Pushing to AS-400: Applicable Date folder of
DOS filesClick Save then close COM SYS.Right click My Computer then
click Manage.Go to Server Manager, Configuration then Local Users
and Groups.

Confirm password: (i.e., Ab852). User must change password at next

never expires: marked. Acccunt is disabled: not markedClick Create
then close Server ManagerOpen Internet Information Services (IIS)

* Checking Com Sys polling logs! There are some problems viewing
the Activity Logs using Com Sys program butwe can still view the
Activity Logs by opening the database ofCom Sys program.l You can
find the shorlcut of the database olAbenson and Waltermart Com
Svsprogram on the
Open the database you want to view.Enter the password ofthe
database then click open.Select Activitylogs to view the logs
table.From the Activitylogs Table you can view the record ofthe
activity ofCom Sysprogram.

.... NOTES:) Always check the mapping of the AS400 folder,
Abenson and Waltermart.> If the store did not perlbrm End of Day
or the store is close. no DOS files created.you need to manually
adjust the Applicable Date ofPushing to AS-400.' Open Com Sys
program.. Go to Configurations then select Store Setup.. Flom the
list ofstores highlight the store you want to edit then click
Edit.
